Intensive Home Based Therapeutic Care provides services to youth and young adults ages 6-22 who are experiencing emotional challenges and/or multi-stressed families. Open Sky's IHBTC services include flexible individualized treatment, rehabilitation including occupational therapy, supervision and supports that vary in intensity depending on the youths and families needs.
Open Sky supports clinicians who are working toward licensure! All applicants with a related Master's Degree are strongly encouraged to apply and speak with a recruiter about career pathing, free CEU's and licensure reimbursement!
The clinician will be trained to take the lead in providing Wraparound Services and providing two to three hours per week for a minimum of five youth and their families. They will work alongside a dedicated, clinically sophisticated workforce and have opportunities to build clinical best practices and be a part of a long-term team utilizing the principles of Wraparound and other evidence-based practices. Work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
Coordinate and monitor individual treatment plans in collaboration with the youth's treatment team.

Qualifications
Master's Degree in Social Services field, valid driver's license, and acceptable driving record required. Ability to work effectively with collaterals and partner agencies such as the Department of Mental Health (DMH), and educational facilities.

Services are highly flexible and individualized to meet the varying needs of children and their families.

Triage Clinician: Monday through Friday - 1st Shift
We have a great opportunity to join our mobile crisis intervention team in Milford. You will be able to work in a supportive small team atmosphere while also working as part of a larger organization that is a leader within the mental health care industry.
The Triage Clinician works as a member of a multi-disciplinary team devoted to crisis intervention and stabilization. The Triage Clinician assists MCI clinicians by triaging cases to determine the most appropriate location for an intervention to occur, with priority for community-based, non-hospital locations. The master's level Triage Clinician is an integral part of Community Behavioral Health Center's Mobile Crisis Intervention program and collaborates with other MCI clinicians to provide crisis intervention services 7 days per week, 24 hours per day either on-site or mobile to any individual experiencing a mental health and/or substance abuse problem.
Orientation to Mobile Crisis Intervention is provided, with particular attention to diagnosis, safety assessment and awareness of resources dependent on level of care.
Clinical supervision is provided including licensure track hours for eligible employee. Riverside also offers an outstanding staff training program offering CEUs
The triage clinician will also be responsible for:
Serves as the primary responder to all incoming calls to MCI, and using clinical and administrative judgment appropriately triages the call
Arranges for assessments to occur on site or in the community and organizes for transportation as needed
Secures placements in detox units, inpatient units and diversionary levels of care and coordinates the transfer of those served to these facilities

The mission of the MCI is to respond rapidly, assess effectively, and deliver a course of treatment intended to promote recovery, ensure safety, and stabilize the crisis in a manner that allows the person served to receive medically necessary services in the community, or if medically necessary, in an inpatient or 24-hour diversionary level of care.
The MCI clinician works as a member of a multi-disciplinary team that includes physicians, nurses, behavioral health clinicians, certified peer specialists, and recovery coaches, to provide core services including crisis assessment, intervention, stabilization, and post-stabilization. The MCI clinician plays an integral role in the daily operations of the Community Behavioral Health Center's (CBHC) Mobile Crisis Intervention (MCI) component. Primary duties include telephone triage, crisis intervention (including evaluation, stabilization, referral and follow-up) on-site and in the community. In addition, the MCI clinician serves as a liaison between the MCI team and community providers for continuity of care.
Orientation to MCI is provided, with particular attention to diagnosis, safety assessment and awareness of resources dependent on level of care.

The Clinician provides mobile clinical intervention to at-risk youth and families primarily in the Newton middle and high schools, also at the Newton Outpatient Center, in the community, and via Telehealth. The Clinician is responsible for providing general administrative assistance to Riverside consumers and clinic staff, including:
* Functions as the primary clinician for a designated caseload, providing mobile assessment, crisis stabilization, service planning, individual and family counseling, case management, support, advocacy and linkage services as needed, primarily in the Newton schools.
* Utilizes resources available through the program and in the community to support achievement of treatment goals and growth of youth, families, and adults being served.
* Involves youth, family, and relevant involved parties in assessment and service planning, and is consistently helpful, timely and respectful in responding to consumer and family concerns.
* With client permission, regularly communicates and collaborates with school personnel and other involved community providers around assessment and service provision for assigned youth
* Attends scheduled supervision meetings, comes to the meetings prepared and utilizes feedback constructively to improve performance, as needed.

Relief - Mobile Crisis Intervention Clinician

The Master's level Clinician is an integral part of the Community Behavioral Health Center's (CBHC) Mobile Crisis Intervention program. MCI provides crisis intervention services 7 days per week, 24 hours per day either on-site or mobile to any individual experiencing a mental health and/or substance use challenges.
The mission of the MCI is to respond rapidly, assess effectively, and deliver a course of treatment intended to promote recovery, ensure safety, and stabilize the crisis in a manner that allows the person served to receive medically necessary services in the community, or if medically necessary, in an inpatient or 24-hour diversionary level of care.
The MCI clinician works as a member of a multi-disciplinary team that includes physicians, nurses, behavioral health clinicians, certified peer specialists, and recovery coaches, to provide core services including crisis assessment, intervention, stabilization, and post-stabilization. The MCI clinician plays an integral role in the daily operations of the Community Behavioral Health Center's (CBHC) Mobile Crisis Intervention (MCI) component. Primary duties include telephone triage, crisis intervention (including evaluation, stabilization, referral and follow-up) on-site and in the community. In addition, the MCI clinician serves as a liaison between the MCI team and community providers for continuity of care.
Orientation to MCI is provided, with particular attention to diagnosis, safety assessment and awareness of resources dependent on level of care.
Clinical supervision is provided including licensure track hours for eligible employee. Riverside also offers an outstanding staff training program offering CEUs.
Schedule: Relief Shift available, Flexible schedules including 10 to 12 hour shifts available.
Pay Rate: $22.53/hourly
Additional monetary incentives included for completion of MCI evaluations during shift

The program offers clinically intensive, trauma-informed services that help children build coping skills, self-expression, and healthy peer relationships, while actively engaging families through regular events and collaboration.
As a Child & Family Counselor, you will work closely with program staff, family members, and collateral providers to support the emotional and behavioral well-being of the youth served in the program.
In this vital role, you will:
Plan, organize, and lead therapeutic groups and daily activities that promote social-emotional growth and skill-building.
Ensure children are safe, supported, and appropriately supervised at all times.
Implement behavior management strategies and participate in crisis intervention when needed.
Partner with clinical case managers on individual treatment plans and goal implementation.
Assist with transportation by driving and/or monitoring children as they arrive at and depart from the program using your personal vehicle or our program's transportation vehicle
Schedule: Part Time, 16 hours/week
This program is open during the following hours:
Summer: Monday through Friday 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
