Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire dining and bar area. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts. Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, and wipe for extended periods of time. Must be able to carry trays or supplies (up to 25 lbs.) Food Handler Certification.
