ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: · Performs professional and restorative nursing services which include, but not limited to, resident assessments, recording of vital signs, administering medications and treatments. · Keeps timely documentation of written reports and verbal reports ensuring that quality care is provided. · Interacts with the resident's physician, pharmacist and medical personnel as needed. · Following the guidelines as outlined in the Resident Care Plan; assists residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene, and mobility. · Assists with in-service and on the job training and mentoring of Team Members. · Participates in and attends all required in-service training and education programs as scheduled. · Other duties as assigned.
