I am an experienced technology executive who is focused on improving efficiencies, delivering on strategic initiatives, and creating value thru organizational transformation. As a Mechanical Engineer with an MBA I have had the opportunity to work in a number of dynamic operations and technology environments where I have continued to build these skills while managing all aspects of IT and many different Operations functions. In addition to the technology assignments, I have directly managed Sales, Customer Service, and Manufacturing organizations of up to 750 people. I have managed multi-site functions with P&L responsibility and have had the opportunity to work in a variety of industries including banking, credit card operations, consumer electronics, specialty chemical production and consumer goods manufacturing. I have also co-owned small businesses related to residential real estate marketing and recycling/recovery.

My focus has been on helping companies bottom line results thru top line growth or expense reduction with an overall improvement in EBITDA. I have accomplished this thru staffing and sourcing strategies, vendor management, implementation of technology, and market expansion. Key underlying tenants of mine are to lead with humility and treat others with respect and dignity while achieving excellent business results and team successes.
