Just a paycheck
Management works less than employees. When I start sometimes manager is there when I leave they all have gone home for the day no management throughout evening only two workers kapaa one maintenance worker that has to do everything from running linen to rooms, trash duty, while having to fix AC units and attend to every room complaint down to the TV programming. Worse yet most of management is related to each other they buy tiki torches instead of having the wood rot repaired on Google maps there is pictures of it! If you talk about milking the cow while most of the wood rots then ok.
When they gave me a choice to resign or be fired without no written warning or verbal warning only the cousin to the top manager wants to sit down and talk. I said fire me cause I know that the other people are to blame more than I am for being being the only worker that has to move from room to room when it is busy
