Job Title: Clinical Case Coordinator, ISU CASES is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Case Coordinator for our Intensive Services Unit. Upon admission to the program, the Clinical Case Coordinator promptly conducts Supervision Introduction/Orientation meetings with new participants to review supervision conditions stipulated in their supervision plan.
The Clinical Case Coordinator assists participants on their case load to comply with supervision appointments and court appearances during the pendency of their legal case. Clinical Case Coordinator conducts ongoing assessments of service needs with participants and collaboratively develops service plans that address identified needs and goals. The goal is to reduce recidivism, enhance engagement in community treatment services and support participants in achieving their self-identified goals for treatment, recovery, rehabilitation, and successful community integration. This position requires close collaboration with a clinical team, working directly with a Peer Specialist to ensure a coordinated approach to participant care. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. They will thrive in a collaborative clinical environment and demonstrate a commitment to the principles of rehabilitation and community reintegration.
This initiative will implement innovative approaches to working with individuals who have been placed in the Supervised Release Program and experience more extensive needs and challenges that may impact daily functioning and overall program engagement. The focus group of program participants manage challenges in mental health, substance use, employment and medical health. The team promotes proactive, sustained engagement in the community as a catalyst to individual transformation by bridging participants to community partners and resources eager to support our participants in realizing their greatest potential.
Salary: The salary for the Clinical Case Coordinator role is $69,010 per year.
Shift Hours: The Clinical Case Coordinator is working Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

What you will be doing:
Will provide community-based direct services to a limited, specialized caseload of pretrial participants that may include a higher recidivism risk, participants with mandated treatment requirements, and those individuals with higher profiled cases.
Rapidly at the point of arraignment conduct Intake Assessments to identify immediate critical needs that must be addressed to further sustain program involvement and enrollment.
Participate in regularly occurring team meetings and case conferences to ensure seamless coordination among staff, wide dissemination of participant information as well as rapid responses to urgent needs.
Facilitate effective collaboration with staff delivering court services to ensure the efficient enrollment of new participants into the program while gathering the necessary basic information for ongoing service provision.
Link participants to emergency, housing, education, vocational, employment, and treatment services based on their preferences and needs, provide navigation to community services, and establish effective collaboration and positive relationships with community providers.
Will conduct review of legal and court screening documentation to facilitate admission and ongoing needs assessment of criminal history, psychosocial, developmental, and behavioral health needs, supervision risks to identify engagement approach, focus for behavioral change, and needed supports to reduce re-arrest, and promote success in the community following program completion.
Will utilize problem solving and motivational interviewing to help motivate and engage participants in the change process, ensuring the supervision and case management approach is culturally competent, gender-responsive, trauma-informed, and adheres to evidence-based risk-need-responsivity principles.

What we are looking for:
Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology or other relevant clinical discipline.
One to two years of experience providing clinical services to individuals to families or groups managing challenges in Behavioral Health and the Criminal Legal System.
Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.

As an Assistant Team Leader, you will function as supervisory support to the Team Leader, handling specific responsibilities designated by them. Our flagship Ready, Willing & Able (RWA) program provides paid transitional work experience, transitional housing, advanced occupational training, and comprehensive supportive services to individuals experiencing homelessness. The Doe Fund is also one of New York City's largest nonprofit developers of permanent affordable and supportive housing, with more than 1,900 units in operation or pre-development. The Doe Fund has an annual operating budget of $73 million and a full-time staff of nearly 500, a significant portion of whom are graduates of our programs.
The Doe Fund is contracted by EDC to provide support services for its Clean-Up Corp Programs hiring approximately 55 full-time workers. These Clean-Up Corps Programs - Graffiti Free NYC and Clean NYC are the City's principal task forces for removing graffiti and cleaning New York streets across five boroughs and work in close coordination with City Hall and the Mayor's Office on high priority requests. Work consists of: site cleanup, beautification, area maintenance, graffiti and snow removal. The Doe Fund also provides additional vocational and job training, with the goal of improving their career trajectory and gaining higher paid employment.
Program Overview:
The Clean NYC program was announced in 2016 as a joint effort between the Mayor's Office and NYCEDC. The program brought regular power-washing capabilities and garbage collection to clean sidewalks in heavily trafficked corridors in all five boroughs, with the goal to build welcoming, vibrant communities and business districts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Operating Small Engine Equipment: operating the street sweeper, weed whacker and trimmer to maintain streets and sidewalks, collecting debris, and ensuring proper disposal.
Route Following: Adhering to assigned routes and schedules to ensure thorough cleaning of the area.
Equipment Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance on street sweeping equipment.
Safety Compliance: Ensuring that all work is completed to specifications and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Debris Removal: Removing litter, debris, and other contaminants from streets, sidewalks, and public areas.
Snow and Ice Removal: In some regions, removing snow and ice from streets during winter months.

The Field Operations Manager leads day-to-day delivery of rain garden maintenance and stewardship services under DEP's GI-WKDEV contract. Responsibilities:

THE OPPORTUNITY
The Center is seeking an experienced Contracts Coordinator to join our Contracts Operations Team to support the administration and oversight of the Center's end-to-end contracting process. THE OPPORTUNITY
Brooklyn Justice Initiatives (BJI), the largest operating project of the Center, seeks to re-engineer the experience of criminal court in Brooklyn, New York, by providing judges and attorneys meaningful alternatives to bail, fines, and jail sentences. Operating out of Kings County Criminal Court and community-based offices, BJI is a team of social service providers, court-based resource coordinators, mental health practitioners, compliance specialists, and others who seek to improve the quality of justice. Supervised Release offers an alternative to jail by providing pretrial supervision, case management, and voluntary social services to people charged with misdemeanor and felony offenses, and in doing so, uses an arrest as a window of opportunity to change the direction of a participant's life, avoiding the harmful effects of incarceration. Program participants are monitored to ensure their appearance at court dates and mandatory programming, and receive referrals to services like job training, drug treatment, and mental health counseling.
BJI is seeking a Court Liaison, Supervised Release Program. Reporting to the Supervising Court Liaison, the Court Liaison will coordinate with court stakeholders to ensure the successful release of program participants to the Brooklyn SRP. The Court Liaison will review all available court-related information about each participant released under supervision to complete the necessary paperwork. Once participants are enrolled in programming, the Court Liaison will provide written and verbal updates to the court, including defense attorneys, assistant district attorneys, and judges, on a regular basis. The Court Liaison also covers various Criminal and Supreme Court parts across multiple locations, including specialized court initiatives and arraignments. Specific responsibilities include conducting program orientation with all participants released into the program and representing the program model during arraignment proceedings and post-arraignment appearances.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Serve as a liaison in the Brooklyn arraignment, all-purpose, treatment, supreme court, and trial court parts to act as a representative of BJI operating program and to facilitate the release of participants onto supervised release;
Review internal and court databases to obtain documents and information about current or potential releases for direct practice staff to create an accurate case management file for participants released into the SRP;
Conduct program orientations to explain program responsibilities and verify additional participant information;
Cultivate relationships with all relevant court personnel, such as judges, attorneys, and court officers;
Present program model and requirements to court stakeholders;
Distribute provisions to participants as needed and maintain accurate documentation for these processes;
Collaborate with departments such as Compliance, ATI, and Clinical to ensure that information about SRP participants is communicated effectively;
Appear during subsequent court dates to provide compliance updates to the Court and collect information regarding any updated conditions or mandates imposed post-arraignment;
Determine supervision level based on bail eligibility according to recent legislative changes to NYS bail laws;
Maintain appropriate participant information in electronic databases and hard files, including court orders and outcome information;
Assist senior staff with developing and implementing new programs, protocols, initiatives, and interventions as well as maintaining existing projects necessary for accurate data collection;
Provide weeknight and weekend night arraignment coverage on a regular rotating basis;
Attend required staff meetings and trainings;
Attend Brooklyn Justice Initiatives' events after hours, as needed; and
Other relevant responsibilities.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and a minimum of one year in a related area, preferably as a criminal justice practitioner or 3-4 years' experience in the criminal justice field as an equivalency. Candidates should possess the ability to communicate appropriately with varying levels of stakeholders. They should be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and strong writing ability, and have the capacity to be detail-oriented within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft and Google Suites. Candidate should be able to work with people from diverse backgrounds in a culturally responsive manner and work independently and collaboratively, both in-person and remotely. What You Will Be Doing:

Assist the Quality Director and Compliance Officer with internal special investigations and client grievances, while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and reporting accuracy.
Serve as Special Investigator with the Director of Quality for reports of abuse and neglect made to the Justice Center.
Independently conduct chart reviews and program audits to confirm client records meet standards of care, evidenced-based best practices, licensing regulations, governing bodies, State and MCO Medicaid regulations.
Operate as a liaison with program leadership, the Quality Director, and regulatory bodies that include, but are not limited to the Justice Center.
Coordinate continuous quality improvement (CQI) initiatives with treatment program managers to improve program performance and client outcomes.

The CASES Court services department services court mandates or endorsed programming at all points in the criminal legal process. CASES interfaces with multiple stakeholders to support these ATD and ATI program options for thousands of defendants in multiple boroughs. Specifically, the Arraignment team screens approximately 10,000 defendants a year for ATD and ATI programs, Supervised Release and new START. Additionally, the ATI intake assessment team screens 500 amount per year to divert people into 3 (three) CASES community-based programs, Reframing Opportunity Alternatives and Resilience (ROAR), Nathaniel Community Success (NCS) and Nathaniel Assertive Community Treatment (NACT). Shift Hours: This position is full-time Thursday - Monday from 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM
Salary: The salary range for this role is $60,000 - $65,000.

What You Will Be Doing:
Develop and maintain excellent professional relationships with judges, prosecutors, defense counsel, and other court partners to facilitate program admissions and maintain CASES' credibility in the Manhattan Criminal and Supreme Courts.
Determine a person's legal eligibility for Supervised Release with the review of arrest case information, RAP sheet, and attorney recommendations, ensuring admitted participants receive the appropriate supervision level when admission is ordered by the judge.
Conduct screenings and assessment interviews to explain Supervised Release, administer screening tools, and formulate immediate recommendations for supervision and case management services.
Ensure participants understand the conditions of their pretrial supervision release and the expectations about participation in Supervised Release.
Achieve monthly intake targets and perform to quality pretrial standards.

THE OPPORTUNITY
Operating within the Bronx criminal courthouse, Bronx Community Solutions (BCS) is a project of the Center that provides meaningful early diversion, pre-plea and post-conviction sentencing options to participants, in lieu of traditional outcomes. By participating in one of BCS' programs, participants are connected to an array of onsite staff, including social workers, case managers, and group facilitators, with the goal of addressing underlying social service needs and connecting participants to an array of community-based organizations, using the arrest as a window of opportunity to change the direction of an individual's life and avoid unnecessary incarceration.
Bronx Community Solutions (BCS) is seeking a Youth Justice Mentoring Coordinator. Reporting to the Clinical Supervisor, the Coordinator will focus on working with youth and emerging adults ages 16-24 who have been referred by stakeholders in the justice system to provide mentoring support and case management, while building positive, trusting relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of peer group dynamics and the ability to foster a positive and supportive group culture. This role is responsible for developing a sense of community through group activities, workshops, community outreach, resource building, and individualized mentoring or coaching. The Coordinator will play an integral role in facilitating various curriculums around youth engagement, leading both individual and group mentoring sessions, and implementing effective engagement strategies to promote participant compliance and growth. The successful candidate will demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and the ability to communicate program policies and expectations in a way that promotes understanding and trust among youth participants.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Apply mentoring and coaching practices to develop life skills, strengthen self-awareness, process social pressures, and promote engagement in voluntary services;
Help to bridge engagement to the rest of the ATI team by being able to identify, share and discuss multiple frameworks for understanding their participant life experiences;

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 2-3 years of experience working in a social service setting is required;

Job Title: Youth and Family Navigator
Choices Alternative to Detention (ATD) aims to help young people who have a case in Family Court gain; competence, confidence, positive connections with peers and adults, build character/self-esteem, contribute to their communities, and reduce their involvement in the criminal legal system. Under the direction of the Supervisor, the Youth and Family Navigator works with young people and their families to ensure they have access to benefits/entitlements, appropriate education setting, employment opportunities, and long-term services in the community if needed. The objective of this role is to ensure participants and their families receive opportunities to engage in creative and enriching services that are; strengths-based, culturally relevant, support participants and their families in achieving their self-identified goals, aid in the process of reducing recidivism, and are adherent to the core principles of risk, need and responsivity. The Youth and Family Navigator will work with youth and families to ensure they have connections to long-term services in the community. Bilingual Spanish speaking required.
Shift Hours: This position is full-time Monday - Friday from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary: The salary for this role is $59,404.80 per year
Location Address: 4 West 125th Street, New York, NY 10027. Our office is easily accessible by public transportation.

What You Will Be Doing:
Develop relationships with community resources that support participant and family needs
Meet with caregivers and families to assess needs
Escort participants and families to appointments as needed, this will include HRA, DOE, DMV, medical facilities, housing, etc.
Organize participant outings and trips
Assist with obtaining vital documents for youth and families
Connect youth to positive activities in their communities and verify their attendance and participation
Obtain school attendance and other education documents
Manage curfew phone line
Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor
What We Are Looking For:
Experience working with similar populations and/or families
History of navigating systems such as DOE and /or HRA
Commitment to engagement through collaboration with participants and their families
Must be able to effectively handle numerous tasks and work well under pressure
Comfort with home visits and in-community visits
Positive attitude and excellent problem-solving skills
Trained in or committed to training to become competent in a motivational interview and trauma informed approach as a means of engaging young people
Experience developing relationships with schools, community-based organizations and/or other youth service providers
Ability to work in an interdisciplinary and diverse team
Time flexibility: Appointments and activities will sometimes be outside of a typical 9-5/10-6 schedule
Fluency in Spanish

THE OPPORTUNITY
The Technology Department is seeking a skilled and proactive Infrastructure and Cloud Engineer with expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure Cloud services, automation, and API integrations. This role is pivotal in designing, implementing, and optimizing hybrid and cloud-first solutions that enhance performance, strengthen security, and drive automation across the organization.
Reporting to the Infrastructure and Cloud Manager, this engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient technology solutions that align with the Center's mission and strategic goals.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Cloud Strategy & Architecture:
Develop and execute comprehensive infrastructure and cloud strategies aligned with the Center's goals;
Design, implement, and optimize hybrid and multi-cloud solutions, including Azure services, and Microsoft 365 environments, to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness;
Develop and execute comprehensive cloud and infrastructure strategies aligned with organizational objectives; and
Evaluate and adopt emerging cloud technologies to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Infrastructure & Platform Management:
Manage and optimize the technology infrastructure, including Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, and Azure resources to ensure optimal performance and resource utilization;
Implement and maintain robust backup and recovery procedures to safeguard critical data; and
Perform capacity planning and performance tuning to optimize system efficiency and responsiveness.
Security & Compliance:
Enforce robust security and access controls across Microsoft 365, Azure, and on-premises systems;
Monitor and respond to security incidents while ensuring compliance with relevant standards; and
Automate compliance reporting and auditing workflows to improve visibility and governance.
User Support and Management:
Manage user identities, access provisioning, and entitlements to ensure secure and appropriate permission levels across systems;
Support and enhance collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive; and
Collaborate with departments to identify opportunities for automation and Azure-backed solutions that improve productivity and workflow efficiency.
Automation, Scripting & Integration:
Develop and maintain automation workflows using Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, and PowerShell;
Build and manage API integrations between Microsoft 365, Azure, and third-party applications; and
Streamline routine infrastructure tasks such as provisioning, access management, and compliance tracking.
Collaboration & Support:
Support and enhance collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive; and
Collaborate with departments to identify opportunities for automation and Azure-backed solutions that improve productivity and workflow efficiency.
Project Management and Collaboration:
Contribute to infrastructure and cloud projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals;
Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve shared objectives and provide support as needed;
Participate in ongoing learning, process improvement, and knowledge sharing to strengthen team capability; and
Additional tasks as necessary.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
3-5 years of progressive experience in information technology, including a minimum of 3 years managing infrastructure and cloud services within Microsoft 365;
Strong understanding of hybrid IT environments, with hands-on experience managing both on-premises and cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS);
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration, Entra ID, and Intune;
Strong knowledge of Azure Cloud services, including compute, storage, networking, security, and monitoring;
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Microsoft 365 services;
Experience with Microsoft Power Automate, and PowerShell scripting for automation;
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; and
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Industry-recognized certifications in Microsoft 365 Administration, Azure, and Security Compliance;
Experience with Google Workspace administration, user management, security, and policy enforcement;
Proficiency in Python and Kusto Query Language (KQL); and
Prior experience working in the nonprofit sector.
Position Type: Full-time.
Position Location: Midtown, Manhattan, 2-3 days a week in person required.
Compensation: The compensation range for this position is $95,500 - $123,600 and is commensurate with experience.

All team members will work within our ATI model that helps young people who are at risk of incarceration build the capacity and courage to change their lives. The ROAR program helps young people develop critical skills to reach education and employment milestones and transform their relationships and connections to community. The Emotional Wellness Specialist will promote participant success and equity through culturally competent service delivery that meets the unique needs and experiences of young people involved in the criminal justice system. The Emotional Wellness Specialist will have content expertise in youth development, trauma-informed care, gender-specific services, resiliency, and strengths-based dynamic assessment and service planning. Team members will support the fundamental beliefs that meaningful change is possible, participant voice is critical for effective services, and creating a safe space for young people promotes skill development. The FACT Employment Specialist is a Master's-level mental health clinician who provides outreach-based services in community settings with strong fidelity to the ACT model. In this role, the Employment Specialist delivers educational, vocational, and employment-related supports to assist participants in obtaining and maintaining meaningful work and long-term stability. As a member of an interdisciplinary team, the Employment Specialist functions as both a generalist and a specialist, contributing to a broad range of clinical and rehabilitative services while applying specialized expertise in employment and vocational supports to promote recovery and self-sufficiency.
