Under the supervision of the Director of Finance and HR, the Human Resources Manager is responsible for promoting and implementing human resource values by planning and managing all components of HR administration. The HR Manager will effectively plan, design, develop, and evaluate human resource-related initiatives. The HR Manager will promote a safe and comfortable environment for all individuals within the CGE community and within all business relationships.

LEADERSHIP:
· Provide oversight and leadership to HR staff, establishing and maintaining clear goals and objectives while fostering departmental teamwork and collaboration.
· Ensure timely and accurate human resources activities are attended to including but not limited to; full-cycle talent acquisition, staff engagement, retention and performance management, employment processing, compensation, benefits and leaves administration, records management, safety and health promotion, employee relations matters, and ensuring compliance with all applicable local, State and Federal employment laws as well as external regulatory requirements.
· Ensure that all HR records are maintained accurately and completely at all times.
· Oversee employee training program that evaluates and addresses agency needs, including new employee orientation, and external regulatory requirements.
· Contribute to the ongoing development of a high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment that is trauma informed.
· Monitor adherence to annual budget that includes human resources services, employee recognition, and administration.
· Ensure agency-wide awareness and adherence to Ethical Code of Conduct and other employment policies.
· Participate in resolving employee relations matters and decisions associated with employment.
· Guide management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies and procedures, and communicating and enforcing organizational values.
· Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation and enforcing adherence to requirements.
· Participate in conferences, job fairs, and professional networks/organizations that support internal workflow and increase agency's external presence.
· Oversee and utilize human resource information software (HRIS) for appropriate record keeping and management practices.
OTHER:

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent experience; Master's degree is preferred.
· At least 5 years of experience in the HR field.
· At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
· Experience in the behavioral health field is a plus.
· SHRM certified professional a plus.

The full-time schedule for this position is Tuesday through Friday & Sunday, from 7am to 3 pm.
Under the supervision of the Residential Associate Manager, the Residential Associate (RA) is responsible for facilitating the residential activities and managing residential safety as outlined by the interdisciplinary treatment team for the delivery of services. Additionally, the Residential Associate will promote the use of the Nurtured Heart Approach, as well as the Attachment, Regulation, and Competency interventions (ARC) in all residential activities with the goal of sustaining a safe and comfortable environment for the residents of the program.

SPECIFIC DUTIES:
Ensure resident safety by maintaining knowledge of residential census and conducting periodic room checks.
Prepare resident rooms for admission and discharge.
Facilitate and oversee activities consistent with residential treatment plan of identified life skill needs.
Assist with parenting skills and childcare as appropriate.
Assist with activities of daily living.
Provide client orientation to residential program with review of program policies/procedures, client rights, house rules.
Implement residential policies/procedures and curriculum for residential living.
Keep inventory of residential supplies and communicate needs to supervisor.
Coordinate, observe, and document self-administration of medication. Supervise and document parent's administration of medication to their children.
Transport residents to scheduled and/or emergency medical appointments as directed. Deliver appropriate documentation to the Nurse/Parent Educator for the upkeep of medical records.
Transport and accompany clients for residential activities (i.e., grocery shopping, recreational activities, etc.) and responsibilities (i.e., Board of Social Services, WIC, vocational training, volunteer services, employment, self-help meetings, etc.).
Facilitate residential conflict resolution and provide crisis intervention as needed.
Complete documentation in daily communication log, medication log, incident reports, visitation, etc., and ensure appropriate staff communication across shifts.
Implement and ensure completion of daily activities (i.e., meals, chores, shipping, psycho educational groups, recreational activities, client appointment, and transportation).
Provide residential service information to supervisors for weekly multidisciplinary team conferences.
Facilitate and record fire drills and other emergency drills procedures as instructed.
Ensure facility compliance with regulatory licensing requirements.
Maintain records as required by organization policies and regulatory and accrediting agencies.
Participate in training programs to enhance teamwork, team collaboration, communication and program development.
Participate in program, committee, and clinical staff meetings as indicated.
Participate in program evaluation and ongoing efforts to enhance quality of services.
Participate in building maintenance needs and upkeep as requested.

Job Overview:
The Professional Coding Provider Educator/Reviewer is responsible for preparing educational materials and delivering instruction to Medical Group physicians, Advance Practice Providers, and staff across all RWJBH medical centers, as directed by the System Professional Provider Education Coding Manager and Coding Leadership. Education may be provided in response to compliance reviews, physician onboarding, proactive training, or coding and regulatory updates. This candidate may support coding operations, including vendor productivity oversight, denial analysis, workqueue management, and efficiency of coding edits and rule sets in Epic. This blended role is accountable for improving coding quality, reducing denials, and ensuring enterprise‑wide consistency in coding policy and practice.
The candidate must demonstrate advanced knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 guidelines, review annual and quarterly coding updates, and research newly implemented guidance to respond to coding inquiries accurately and in a timely manner. Education is delivered in person or remotely, and attendance records are maintained and submitted to management at regular intervals. Policy, Research, and Support
Research newly implemented guidance and authoritative resources (CPT Assistant, AHA Coding Clinic, CMS publications); apply and share official guidance enterprise‑wide.
Develop, document, implement, and maintain standardized coding policies, procedures, and a centralized repository of coding references and regulatory guidance.
Respond to coding inquiries via the Coding Support inbox and other operational channels; provide referenced responses, log inquiries, and analyze trends to inform education and policy updates.
Collaborate with providers, affiliate staff, internal coding teams, Compliance, revenue cycle stakeholders, and external organizations as needed to resolve coding issues and advance enterprise consistency.
Reporting and Continuous Improvement
Prepare and submit regular reports of educational activities, attendance, audit outcomes, operational metrics, and denial trends to management.

As part of RWJ Barnabas Health Population Health team you will play an instrumental role in a department that is providing fully coordinated patient care from a holistic approach to improve the overall care of patients who are part of the value-based, ACO, and bundled payment programs across the healthcare continuum by ensuring the population receives the right care, at the right time, by the right team. As a member of the patient's multidisciplinary team in the Post Acute setting, the Post-Acute Care Coordinator - LPN, RN, PT, OT, RT or SW evaluates the treatment plan and goals of care at the Post-Acute Care facility. The Post-Acute Care Coordinator partners with the clinical team at the Post-Acute care facilities to ensure patients are progressing towards discharge goals as well as coordinating next site of care discharge planning and ensure timely follow up with providers and service in the community. The Post-Acute Care Coordinator also works with other Population Health programs to assist patients in transitioning to the next site of care.
Qualifications:
Required:
3-5 years' experience in managing relationships between acute and post-acute facilities
Previous work experience in the Post-Acute Care Setting
Must have the ability to travel to post-acute sites and hospital sites.
Must have strong organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
Strong leadership skills to achieve buy-in and collaboration toward objectives
Must be able to travel throughout New Jersey

Labcorp is seeking a Specimen Processing Specialist to join our team in Raritan, NJ. This position will work with internal customers, patients & physician offices to ensure that all patient care needs are addressed accurately and efficiently. The Specimen Processing Specialist will provide product education and handle a wide variety of questions while providing market leading services. The ideal candidate will be passionate about improving health and improving lives.
Pay Range: $18.25-$22
All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
Work Schedule: The schedule for this position will be Monday - Friday, alternating Saturday 6:30am - 3:00pm

Job Responsibilities:
Act a liaison between the reference testing labs, clients, and patients
Resolve internal & external Customer requests via calls, instant messenger & email communications
Communicates with customers in respectful and professional manner
Work in multiple databases to research complex issues and questions
Provide customer education and information as needed
Review test forms for accuracy and report any discrepancies
Transcribe reports from reference labs into Labcorp systems
Utilize various logistics providers to ship to multiple locations around the country.
Prepare & triage specimens for analysis
Accurately identify and label specimens
Prepare and store excess specimen samples.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Prior medical/clinical laboratory experience is preferred
Comfortable handling biological specimens
Ability to accurately identify specimens
Experience working in a team environment
Strong data entry and organizational skills
High level of attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office

Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
• High school diploma and 3-5 years of experience in residential recovery treatment in a group residential setting, OR Bachelor's/Associates degree in counseling, education, social work or related field with one-year experience in recovery treatment in a group setting preferred.
• Current NJ driver's license needed; will be required to meet safe driving requirements.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with friendly and professional demeanor.
• Experience and comfort working within residential setting preferred.
• Team-player outlook. Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities.
• Ability to be flexible to the daily changing needs within the community and to handle obstacles with compassion and resolve.
