The forklift operator is responsible for putting away, dropping down, and rotating full pallets of stock through the warehouse inventory reserve racks using a stand-up or sit-down forklift. What you'll do: Maneuver Stand-Up, High Reach, or Sit-Down Forklift to put away or let down pallets into warehouse racks up to 46 feet high.
Picks/sorts and replenishes product from upper racks to front pick bins.
Unloads product from trailers using forklift trucks and powered riding pallet jacks.
Manually moves product from receiving dock to proper storage location.
Monitors and enforces safe product handling procedures.
Replenishes product from upper storage rack to lower pick bins within cooler.
Monitors product quality as product is being moved.
Breaks down pallets on receiving dock.
Maintains cleanliness (sweep, mop, restack pallets) of receiving docks and pick bin area.
Cleans and charges forklift at the end of shift.
Record daily actions by use of RF Scan Gun
About you:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
2+ years of forklift experience.
Team player who works productively with all levels of the organization.
Ability to pass a forklift operating exam.
Warehouse/distribution facility experience preferred.

Overview
The Warehouse Worker is responsible for completing shipments by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in the delivery area; driving truck or van to and from vendors; completing preventive maintenance requirements on truck and van; arranging for repairs; collecting stock location orders and printing requests.
Primary Responsibilities
Assist in receiving dock operations by loading or unloading shipments
Mechanically use a forklift, pallet jacks, or order- picker, using a full range of peripheral vision to operate such equipment safely
Place and/or pull stock from storage areas of the warehouse
Ensure that the wheels of all trucks being unloaded have their wheels chocked before unloading begins
Pick cases from bulk locations to fill forward pick locations
Stock forward pick locations in the bottle room and the full case line in a neat and orderly manner
Restock bottle and case returns from customer orders
Pick VIA orders for Salesmen and Customers
Stores out of place product, 360 products, and 370 products as directed by the supervisor
Sort pallets by size
Handling of broken cases to include the re-boxing of good bottles and sending the broken ones to the dump location
Leave equipment in good working order and free of all trash for the next shift
Ensure the cleanliness of an assigned area of the warehouse
Perform all duties in a safe manner
Wear all company issued safety equipment
Report any damage to the equipment and building to a supervisor as soon as it happens
Perform other related duties as assigned

Overview

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following tasks describe the basic functions of the job and represent the type of work performed. • Lead the efforts to receive, stock, pick, deliver, and maintain warehouse stocked/non-stocked items related to District business needs including facilities, food and nutrition services, and general operations. Assist in warehouse inventory. Receive and deliver equipment, furniture, and other necessary items in support of District operations. [Daily, 50%]
• Process warehouse requisitions and purchase orders for delivery to District facilities. Ensure “pick tickets” are accurate, filled, packaged, and distributed. Maintain appropriate records and files within the warehouse electronic systems. [Daily, 35%]
• Perform daily inspection of equipment (forklift, pallet jacks, etc.) to ensure safe operability and document/report any required maintenance. [Daily, 5%]
• Ensure warehouse personnel inspect and monitor vehicle maintenance and maintain accurate daily records, including any required maintenance, for compliance with the Department of Transportation, State of Colorado, and District regulations. [Daily, 3%]
• Maintain proficiency with all security, safety, and associated requirements including handling, maintaining, shipment, and safety of foodstuffs. [Quarterly, 5%]
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested. [Daily, 2%]
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
The minimum amounts of formal education, professional work experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities that must be met for a candidate to be considered for a position.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Intermediate knowledge of office equipment such as computers, scanners, reproduction equipment, postage meters, etc.
• Intermediate computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Intermediate knowledge of mathematics.

MINIMUM CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES:
The minimum certifications and licenses that must be met, valid, and unexpired for a candidate to be considered for a position.
• Criminal background check and fingerprinting required for hire.
• Possess or ability to obtain and maintain a Class B commercial driver's license (CDL) within the first six (6) months of employment.
• Possess or ability to obtain and maintain a forklift operator certification within the first three (3) months of employment.
• Three (3) years of warehouse or receiving experience.
