Chemours is seeking a **Construction Manager** to join our **Capital Execution and CoE** team. This position will report directly to the **Construction Engineering Manager.**
As a Construction Manager, you will lead large and complex capital projects across Chemours sites worldwide that will shape the future of our operations and deliver on our commitment to safety, quality, and innovation. This role offers the unique opportunity to work on diverse, high-impact initiatives while collaborating with teams across the globe. While the Construction Manager will support and frequently travel to multiple locations, this role is preferably intended to be based at any of our Chemours sites, to maximize your impact through close collaboration with project teams and ensure seamless execution of world-class capital projects.

The Construction Manager serves as Chemours' construction leader for capital project(s) with construction execution responsibility for safety, cost, productivity, schedule, and quality. Participating with and leading a team that is acting as the Owner's Representative, provides a competitive advantage in execution of the construction phase of the Capital Projects.
The Construction Manager will have or develop deep skills in one (1) defined area of expertise (Civil/Structural, Instrumentation and Controls, Electrical or Piping/Mechanical) and employ this expertise to coach and support all projects across the Chemours' portfolio.
**The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:**
Provide strategic and technical input during Front End Loading and Detailed Design including:
+ Safety Plan Development and Management.
+ Ensure development of MI-QA plan, qualification and validation of execution per plan.
+ Participation and input in Engineering/Design Development Reviews.
+ Development of Contracting Strategy Development, Contractor Qualification and Performance Management.
+ Lead Constructability Analysis and Optimization (and inclusion of innovative/cost effective construction technologies).
+ Provide direct input to Construction schedule and budget review/validation
+ Provide input on material and equipment selection to align with business objectives while minimizing cost (utilizing deep direct experience based technical expertise in areas of expertise (Codes, Standards. Construction Methods and Technical Reviews).
+ Lead Construction Planning & Work Management/Progress Tracking Processes -incorporate LEAN Construction concept to drive field productivity.
+ Site Assessments and support in continuous improvement efforts.
+ Construction execution planning, including CM staffing plan.
Oversee the Construction effort in the field:
+ Identify, on-board and manage on-site CM resource(s).
+ Safety plan auditing and assessment.
+ Quality plan auditing and assessment.
+ Plan and coordinate the construction/installation of all phases of the construction and support processes on his/her projects and work orders Optimize and maintain the integrated project schedules.
+ Audit total contractor performance against established Coordinate all Chemours and contractor resource requirements during the construction phase of the work, including safety, technical, and control personnel.
+ Accountable for overall results of field activity on his/her projects and work orders.
+ Provide timely, accurate information to all members of project teams and appropriate functional and business leadership to assure common view of job status opposite commitments.
+ Set goals, manage priorities, audit constantly, and take decisive action as necessary to assure all commitments are met.
+ Know the specifications, standards, methods, scope of work, design, and other technical information specific to his/her assignment/projects.
+ Assure materials and equipment are available and are delivered to the proper locations to maintain schedule and productivity.
+ Documentation and approval of change throughout field construction.
+ Support the planning and execution of the commissioning and start-up efforts.
+ Provide input on Rigging and Equipment requirements during construction.
+ Input into commissioning & checkout planning and execution.
Competency Development:
+ Training for Chemours and Contractors Resources as appropriate on areas of specialization.
+ Support in defining and implementing continuous improvement efforts.
**To be qualified for this role, you** **_must_** **possess the following:**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent.
+ 8+ years of construction management experience on Industrial Construction related projects (ideally has progressed through a craft role into a leadership position).
+ Broad knowledge of capital project and support processes (ideally in-depth and practical experience in one of the craft roles (Civil/Structural, Process/Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation & Controls).
+ Ability to lead/manage a large capital construction project.
+ Experience in achieving field execution through the use of contractors.
+ Capable of detailed planning for contracted field work, in a way that barriers and contingencies are anticipated, and appropriate resources are allocated.
+ Ability to perform constructability analyses.
+ Knowledge of Best Practices for safety, contracting/sourcing, cost control, quality assurance, scheduling, project cycle time reduction, invoicing, value engineering, and front-end loading.
+ Must be willing to travel up to **50%** of the time directly to capital project location(s) (nationally, potentially internationally) to engage with and drive successful construction execution.
**The following skill sets are** **_preferred_** **:**
+ Construction management of large (> $10M) capital projects within a chemical plant setting.
+ Ability to proactively lead and motivate on-site CM team, contractors and others to complete assigned tasks on schedule.
+ Ability to bring together a diverse group of parties involved in field execution and keep them focused on common objectives.
+ Ability to review estimates for validity and to use them to develop plans and schedules.
+ Knowledge of project change order procedures.
+ Excellent Understanding of contracting and purchasing processes.
+ Use of LEAN methodologies and scheduling tools (e.g. Primavera) and knowledge of critical path method scheduling.
+ Knowledge of construction and site safety, and environmental procedures/policies.
+ Skill, ability, and experience in networking and teamwork, negotiating, planning, application of construction technology and applications, defining project scope, and translating scope into cost estimates.
+ Fluent in the use of Microsoft Office tools.

+ Develop and manage product line road maps for focus markets, segments, and applications in liquid cooling, including new product adoption and introduction.

About You and This Role
The purpose of the Senior Maintenance Technician is to be a productive member of the site maintenance team to support all maintenance aspects of the site, including but not limited to production, shipping, receiving, facilities maintenance, tank maintenance, logistics, and Technical Services and Development. The Senior Maintenance Technician will be a positive team player assisting other Tank Maintenance team members as able to help build positive team chemistry.
This role develops technical skills on the job to perform routine work activities using existing standard operating procedures. Completes assigned tasks with a close to moderate degree of supervision.
In this role, you will be using standard operating procedures to complete well-defined activities to develop the technical skills required to perform routine tasks. You will need to understand how these assigned tasks relate to other jobs and be able to exchange information in routine situations within your workgroup.
It is your responsibility to use existing procedures to resolve straightforward problems with limited opportunities to independently modify procedures or work processes. You are accountable for managing your assigned tasks and the accuracy of your own work. You will receive close to moderate level of supervision and guidance in this role.
Responsibilities
Follow established operating procedures and Dow Life Critical Safety Standards to ensure safe and efficient execution of maintenance and production tasks.
Follow all critical, non-routine, and routine work procedures and policies associated with area responsibilities.
Successful completion of all required training.
Ability to handle basic tools safely.
Working at height either from ladders, manlift, or scaffolding.
Installing, repairing, and maintaining machinery and mechanical equipment.
Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing problems by observing mechanical devices in operation
Dismantling machinery and removing/replacing defective parts.
Performing preventative maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and downtime.
Coordinating and prioritizing work orders to minimize production downtime.
Inspect newly acquired equipment upon arrival, checking every part is in proper working condition and meets industry standards before being put into service.
Monitoring and maintaining inventory of spare parts and supplies.
Carefully read manuals of equipment and interpret them to understand how to operate and maintain them properly.
Keep record of maintenance activities to track the lifespan of equipment.
Communicate with site leadership of equipment downtime and maintenance best practices for maximum equipment performance.
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
Safe operation of forklifts and manlifts.
Participate in root cause investigations if unplanned events or failures occur.
Perform daily housekeeping activities as required by Dow policy.
Able to follow procedures and processes.
Safety focused.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision within an empowered team environment. Ability to work effectively with a variety of personnel across functions and shifts.
Strong interpersonal effectiveness to relate cordially with team members and workers.
Required Qualifications
A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Must be capable of interfacing with a computer to input data, communicate, and complete training.
At least 2 years of previous welding, pipe fitting, or instrumentation (I&E) experience in an industrial environment.
Focused attention to detail and data accuracy.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Work typical day schedule with overtime as needed.
Participate in the plant on call system for off hours support.
Current, valid US driver's license to drive a forklift. Ability to learn to operate forklift.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds will be required.
A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.
Physical Requirements
Able to meet the following physical demands of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations.

3 or more years of knowledge and experience working in hands on maintenance activities in an industrial environment.
Ability to read Process Instrument Diagrams (PID) and schematics.

Technical Maintenance Skills: Ability to install, repair, and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment, including welding, pipe fitting, and instrumentation in industrial environments.
Safety and Procedure Compliance: Strict adherence to safety standards and operating procedures, including safe tool handling, working at heights, and participating in root cause investigations.
Operational and Preventative Maintenance: Skilled in performing preventative maintenance, coordinating work orders, inspecting equipment, and managing spare parts inventory to minimize downtime.
Communication and Documentation: Proficient in reading manuals and engineering drawings, maintaining accurate maintenance records, and using computer systems for data entry and training.
Teamwork and Independence: Works effectively both independently and within a team, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across functions and shifts.

ABOUT OPERATIONS: The Operations function within Dow is comprised of four unique focus areas that translate business strategies into operations priorities and results. * Internship Track - Single work term commitment that is available for any school term. Dow encourages students to apply for a work term other than summer. Students must reapply and be reconsidered for additional work terms.
* Alternating Term Co-op (ATC) Track: Dow Operation's 3-term work commitment where a student alternates between taking classes on campus and working terms in our various Operations departments. One (or more) of the work terms must be in the spring or fall semesters (i.e. can't do all 3 terms in the summer). Back-to-back work terms are allowed. If a student wanted to complete terms beyond the 3-term commitment, they would need to reapply to be considered. Students considering the ATC should consult with their academic advisors to understand how working one or more non-summer terms could impact graduation date.

* All work terms are a minimum of 12 weeks with a maximum of 14 weeks in duration for both Tracks.

Material Science / Metallurgical Engineer
(Key Roles: Maintenance Engineer or Hardware Design Engineer)
Responsibilities may include work ranging in size from small plant material of construction improvements to the metallurgical design of large new facilities. The Material Science/Metallurgical engineer applies expertise in material science to collaborate with facility teams and designers. This engineer also coordinates with other design disciplines, such as construction, procurement, project management, project engineering, project controls, and process engineering, to successfully complete the selection of the most effective materials for projects and daily maintenance.

* Train, educate, and support combined CT/Heart Failure programs on the proper use of the Impella.

Position Summary:
As the Senior Manager, Professional Education (US), you will be instrumental in creating strategic training initiatives that ensure the safe and effective use of J&J Neurovascular products. Reporting directly to the Director of Education, you will oversee a dynamic team of managers and specialists, collaborating with multiple cross-functional partners including Marketing, Medical Affairs, Clinical Teams, Regulatory Affairs, and Sales Leadership.
Your leadership will drive the design, execution, and continuous improvement of a comprehensive educational curriculum targeting healthcare providers - from physicians and residents to allied health professionals such as NPs, PAs, RNs, and RTs.
You will establish strong, consultative relationships with our KOL faculty, leaning on their expertise to elevate our training programs, driving creativity to be best in class and including the newest and next technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

* Keep current of the competitive market, treatment trends, technology, competitors, treatment guidelines and new regulations.

* Evaluate and implement innovative training modalities, which meet the needs of the learner, i.e. web-based applications and technology-based tools, AI platform, AR/VR, Telementoring,
* Maintain the required training documents that fulfill the FDA training commitment for TRUFILL n-BCA Liquid Embolic System and Enterprise Vascular Reconstruction Device with Clinical Affairs, Regulatory, and Legal teams.
* Oversee development and progressive learning stages of the Johnson & Johnson Institute comprehensive and scalable curriculum for Fellows, Residents, and Allied Health Professionals

About You and This Role
The purpose of the Senior Maintenance Technician is to be a productive member of the site maintenance team to support all maintenance aspects of the site, including but not limited to production, shipping, receiving, facilities maintenance, tank maintenance, logistics, and Technical Services and Development. Reporting to the Spine Enabling Technologies Leader, the Capital Equipment Sales Manager will serve as the point person for end-to-end commercialization. This will include sales and capital program management for all DePuy Synthes capital platforms in Spine, including technologies accessed through internal and external, current and future partnerships. The Capital Equipment Sales Manager will be primarily responsible for developing and executing business plans for assigned territories, strategizing and delivering technology demonstrations, presenting customers with various capital equipment acquisition options, and driving the capital sales process to completion. This position will coordinate efforts with local implant clinical selling teams and Strategic Customer Group account leaders to ensure the customer achieves the desired performance goals for implant performance-based programs.
You will be responsible for:
* Develop and execute quarterly business plans for targeted accounts for the assigned portfolio of capital equipment in partnership with local Spine field sales organization and SCG leadership.
* Develop relationships with both clinical and economic champions at new and existing accounts to best understand customer needs, capital buying cycle, preferred mode of new technology acquisition. Identify and convert capital sales and program opportunities in the assigned territory.
* Work with the Program Office, Deal Desk, Finance, SCG, and field sales organization to develop appropriate capital offering (Rental, Lease, Share Shifts) and drive implant sales growth.
* Present and negotiate capital pricing and program performance terms with the customer in collaboration with SCG account leaders and the field sales organization
* Manage regional relationship with Brainlab sales channel as well as DePuy Synthes Spine sales team
* Influence manage both Brainlab sales and DePuy Synthes Sales teams to execute on capital sales goals and targets.
* Support new customers in clinical adoption of select technologies.
* Work with the customer to ensure customer can achieve their clinical and economic goals with the new technology and overall customer satisfaction driving higher customer retention rate.
* Must develop and maintain expert level knowledge on all assigned capital equipment products and demonstrate a firm grasp of industry trends, understands market conditions, and develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition. Complete all assigned training in timely manner.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and critical business partners to develop and execute customer/product specific sales strategies and tactics.
* Ensure timely, accurate reporting of any complaints or technical issues, following documented procedures.
* Open to travel to meet and support customers with any technical product and or service related issue on short notice.
* Complies with and maintains an active and ongoing commitment to compliance with all company policies and applicable federal, state and local laws, including but not limited to HIPPA, Sunshine Act and the other guidelines on interaction with US Healthcare Professionals.
Qualifications / Requirements:
* A minimum of a Bachelor's degree, or 8 years of relevant professional work experience or 8 years military experience
* A minimum of 3 years of capital equipment sales, marketing or commercialization experience is required.
* A valid Driver's License is required as part of the job.
* Demonstrated ability to learn and communicate technical product as well as clinical knowledge of disease states to surgeons and economic buyers a must. Experience working with highly complex technical systems and/or working in a critical patient care setting.
* The ability to travel extensively up to 75% including overnight travel within the assigned territory a must for the role.
* Required to work in a hospital, ASC setting, attending live patient cases as and when required as part of the job, and wear necessary protective gear (i.e. lead aprons).
* Position requires sitting or standing for extended periods of time and may require to lift/move products up to 60 lbs.
* Self-starter who performs well with autonomy and problem solver who can think critically in high pressure environments.
* Receptive to constructive feedback and collaborates and works well in a matrix team environment.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $111,000 to $179,400.
The Company maintains a highly competitive sales incentive compensation program. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for participation in this program in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.

The Oncology Sales Specialist (OSS) is a Field Based role reporting to a District Manager. As the OSS you will:
* Fulfill sales strategies by selling current and potential new oncology therapeutics.

Required Qualifications:

* A minimum of two (2) years of direct selling experience in pharmaceutical or biologic/biotech with documented success in delivering sales results and achieving targets OR relevant clinical experience
