    The Learning Support Supervisor oversees the daily operations, quality, and effectiveness of tutoring services. This role ensures tutors are well-prepared, supported, and delivering high-quality academic assistance that meets program goals and student needs. The Learning Support Supervisor provides leadership, coaching, scheduling, and performance monitoring for a team of tutors. The Learning Support Supervisor will also work with a small caseload of justice-involved youth, providing academic support, mentoring, and guidance to help them achieve their educational goals. This role involves fostering a positive learning environment, building rapport with youth, and tailoring instructional strategies to meet their individual needs. The Learning Support Supervisor will collaborate with other professionals and organizations involved in the program. Must have ability to be flexible and adapt to work within different educational settings, including detention facilities, alternative programs, and community-based environments. Position Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in education, social work, psychology, criminal justice or a related field (equivalent work experience may be considered). Previous experience working with justice-involved youth, preferably in an educational or mentoring capacity. Strong knowledge of academic subjects, instructional strategies, and learning assessment techniques. Ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with justice-involved youth, demonstrating empathy, patience, and understanding. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt communication style to meet the needs of diverse individuals. Flexibility and adaptability to work within different educational settings, including detention facilities, alternative programs, and community-based environments. Knowledge of the challenges and barriers faced by justice-involved youth and a commitment to promoting their educational success and reintegration. Must be able to clear a background check in order to be on site at the designated facilities. Must be able to work some weekends and or evenings. The Family Peer Advocate provides support to families raising a child who is experiencing social, emotional, medical, developmental, substance use, or behavioral challenges in their home, school, placement, or community. The Family Peer Advocate engages in a structured strength-based relationship with the parent or caregiver for the benefit of the child. Services are delivered in a trauma informed, culturally and linguistically competent manner. The Family Peer Advocate is an integral part of the CFTSS team. Responsibilities: Foster the growth of the parent-child relationship in alignment with the plan and the agency's family-centered practice philosophy. Develop and maintain positive relationships with the families. Collaborate with and advocate for families alongside community agencies. Support parents and caregivers in ensuring the safety and well-being of at-risk children through strength-based interventions and collaboration. Work to reduce feelings of stigma and isolation within families, and promptly communicate any concerns to the supervisor.
