About the Role:
Octave is hiring Licensed Clinicians to work within an organizational structure to provide high quality behavioral health care to our clients. Octave Clinicians will join a diverse clinical team in providing therapy in a collaborative, client-centered, evolving environment. Octave Clinicians demonstrate strong clinical service thinking, informed by evidence-informed therapies. It is our effort to drive quality access and customize mental health treatment plans and service delivery for our clients. You will treat adult clients with stress, depression, anxiety, or other mental health concerns via video, using short-term, evidence-based therapies. Candidates must be licensed in California at the masters or doctoral level, well-versed in evidence-based therapies, like CBT or DBT, and expert in the delivery of culturally responsive care.
We are seeking out Licensed Clinicians who are willing to work both in-person and remotely. As a Clinician with Octave, you will be able to build out a caseload that gives your clients the option to see you virtually or in-person. It is ideal that you already have a commercial clinical space that you can operate from to see clients in person through Octave.
At this time, we are not providing an office space.
You are able to see virtual clients from your home office, but we do require that you see in-person clients from a commercial office setting.

Compensation:
Starting pay for qualified applicants will depend on a combination of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is set forth below and this range may be modified in the future.

Washington Journal: Daily morning call-in program featuring leading journalists, public policy makers and authors discussing the top public policy issues of the day, from key legislation on Capitol Hill to important developments around the world.
Field Production: Handles audio, lighting and camera operation for events that take place in Washington or on the road and executes set-up and breakdown of equipment.
Program Producers: Develop specific live and taped public affairs programs that air on C-SPAN, C-SPAN2 and C-SPAN3. These programs include Q&A, international programming, politics and special projects.
3. Content/TV Networks: This department is responsible for getting C-SPAN's product on the air. The editorial, technical, and information systems staff work closely together to ensure quality, balanced programming.
Editorial: Develops the daily schedule, tracks House and Senate floor debate, and coordinates elements for the final programming that airs on C-SPAN. Script writing, voice-overs, and writing and choosing Capital News headlines are just some of the responsibilities of this unit.
Technical: Works around the clock and is responsible for all the technical aspects of getting C-SPAN and C-SPAN2 on air 24 hours-a-day, including program direction, master control, camera operation, lighting and sound, editing, and on-air promotions.
4. Information Systems: Responsible for C-SPAN's information technology infrastructure, including local and wide area networks, servers and desktops and all commercial and custom applications.
5. Digital Technology: Develops and implements our strategies in the areas of online services, audio products and other developing technologies.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to a Client Retention Manager, the Client Engagement Specialist (CES) will manage all renewal aspects of the relationships with a defined set of Global Risk Insights (GRI) customers in the Americas, retain the current contract revenue within existing buying centers, and support upsells into these accounts made by the Account Executive.
As a Client Engagement Specialist, you will liaise with internal Dow Jones' teams, particularly the GRI Product, Technology, and Partnerships teams, ensuring clients' business needs are being met consistently to support the renewal.
Ultimately, you must develop and drive successful renewals securing a strong revenue base for Dow Jones. Success will be measured based on the retention rates of your assigned GRI accounts.
You will work on-site three days a week, either in our NYC or in our Washington D.C. office.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
_Retention_
+ In collaboration with the Account Executive and GRI CES colleagues, create, own, and ensure buy-in for the retention strategy for assigned GRI accounts
+ Proactively provide a clear picture to management and collaborating teams identifying high risk renewal accounts within the region as well as retention strategies/ideas
+ Ensure appropriate levels of product utilization for a defined set of GRI customers by monitoring internal Tableau reports and other sources of data on a regular basis for usage increase/decrease

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Digital Content Assistant supports the execution of Dance Places marketing and communication strategies, including managing social media platforms, creating original content, and assisting with community outreach and publicity efforts. Why This Role Matters
We're looking for editing interns who will support the deputy opinion editor for bylined pieces. Our paid interns will help edit op-eds, assist with fact-checking, manage the inbox of op-ed submissions and perform other tasks as needed. These interns should have a keen understanding of style, grammar and sentence structure, and must be able to edit for clarity, accuracy and voice. Working occasional nights and weekends, the ability to work calmly under intense deadlines, and strong news judgement are also requirements.
