**Your role at Clorox:**
The Associate Sales and Marketing Manager will serve as the business manager for their respective Clorox categories for the Amazon Fresh strategic sales account. Position has ownership for the customer relationship across sales, marketing, and supply chain; digital marketing strategy & execution, inclusive of campaign development, optimization, and post-campaign reporting; and financial and category share performance. This role strategically deploys strategic negotiation, merchandising planning and execution, marketing strategy development, and risk management daily.
**In this role, you will:**
+ Business owner of strategic eCommerce account (Amazon Fresh) for select Clorox brands and divisions - inclusive of financial and category share performance.
+ Responsible for managing the customer budget management across trade spending and marketing/media budgets, for assigned Clorox brands and divisions.
+ Leads all product allocation supply processes, product price increases, and innovation sell-in.
+ Facilitates joint planning for marketing campaigns (Amazon Advertising) between sales, marketing, and outside agency partners.
+ Responsible for all sales volume forecasting, shipment analysis, and reporting for assigned Clorox brands and divisions.
+ Drives efficient and effective digital marketing programs to maximize ROI.
+ Drive category growth through customer insights and analysis of consumer decision trees to disproportionately growth categories online.
+ Responsible for customer account's input into integrated customer planning and contributes to business plan release for assigned Category/Brand.
+ Responsible to advocate for Amazon Fresh within assigned Clorox brands and divisions; serving as the COE within the Clorox eCommerce organization for Amazon Fresh with all leadership and category teams.
+ Provides updates to management on competitive activity (both at customer and in the market), customer specific strategy changes, key marketplace updates, and other business-related activities.
+ Develops individual capabilities to promote growth.
**What we look for:**
+ Bachelor's Degree.
+ A minimum of 3 years of industry experience in CPG within sales/customer development or business/account management roles.
+ Strong understanding of the core elements of eCommerce and digital merchandising and marketing
+ Experience with the development of the strategic business plan, annual operating plan tools and execution tactics; channel strategy development preferred, but not required.
+ Experience and comfort in developing strategic customer relationships
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
+ Self-starter, strategic-thinker, career-focused.
+ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
+ Results-oriented, able to complete assignments in a timely and accurate manner, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
+ Fluent in Microsoft Office; i.e., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
