**Your role at Clorox:**

This Contract Recruiter role will sit and support Clorox Demand Creation Functions:

• Developing and executing innovative, bold sourcing strategies and recruitment plans for experienced hire talent aligned to Clorox and functional business and talent strategies

• Achieving hiring objectives through screening resumes, conducting interviews, making recommendations to hiring managers, guiding the hiring manager through to an accepted offer

**In this role, you will:**

+ Lead the end to end recruiting process being the single point of contact for Hiring Managers (HM) & candidates by managing searches against a timeline with a focus on meeting benchmarks and metrics, and managing multiple priorities simultaneously. This includes requisition management, candidate identification, interview coordination, compensation review, and offer acceptance

+ Act as a partner and a creative consultant in the Talent Acquisition process by forging dynamic consultative relationships with assigned functions and hiring managers in identifying talent solutions for individual departments leveraging internal and external talent

+ Meet or exceed all Talent Acquisition Service Level Agreement (SLA) metrics and Recruiter Scorecard metrics including but not limited to time to fill, time to submit first candidate, direct sourced candidates, disposition rate, LinkedIn recruiter seat usage and hiring manager / candidate satisfaction survey scores

+ Use Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure compliance in all Talent Acquisition processes and timely communication to hiring managers and candidates. Ensure all administrative reporting tasks are completed monthly for accurate reporting.

Your role at Clorox:

R&D Technical Services has an opening for a professional who will support our cleaning brands. Delivery of Clorox's innovation and growth goals is contingent upon completion and success of new or change development experiments and process trials in the Technical Services area. This position is responsible for supporting this work within a business unit to ensure product launch or re-launch success. Position includes large scale up batching in cleaning. The individual will spend time working with a variety of equipment in multiple bays working with the scientists, specialists, and support groups cross functionally. Position includes large scale up batching formulations in the cleaning pilot plant as well as supporting the packaging group by performing package testing and qualifications. The individual will spend time working with a variety of equipment in multiple bays, working in the packaging database, and will have opportunities to do some programming work. Individual will also be working with the Cleaning Scientists, Team Leads on equipment and test method developments and improvements.

In this role, you will:

Cleaning Package Testing Support - 45%

* Complete package testing on primary, secondary, and full pallets on all cleaning products, providing test data to the Cleaning R&D scientists and technicians. There is a wide range of testing in the packaging lab from full pallet vibration testing to capturing CMM dimensions on individual parts. This individual needs to be able to keep clear and concise records of test data that is collected in our database as well as other data collect and stored outside the database. This information needs to be clearly communicated to the team in a timely manner.

Cleaning Batching / Claim Support - 40%

* Work with the scientists, technicians, and specialists to batch large scale formulations using both the tank batching process and the continuous batching system. Prepare test samples for laundry and hard surface cleaning, complete QC tests on samples, and operate and maintain lab equipment. Keep clear and concise records of the batches that are crafted and be able to report out results to the team. Maintain excellent EPA records for registered products that are processed.

Equipment and Test method knowledge - 10%

* Learn and keep up to date on all test methods in the Cleaning Pilot Plant and the CPL / PDL.
* Assist with the development of new test methods when needed.
* Work with Team Lead(s) and other Specialists to bring in new equipment and learn new testing protocols.

Safety / SOP's -5%

* Look for continuous improvements in and outside the areas in which they work. When safety upgrades are found work with the Tech Services Team to have these upgrades put into practice.
* Be part of the Hazop review team(s) in their work area(s)
* When appropriate write SOP's to help guide requestors and other operators to run the testing equipment safely and efficiently

What we look for:

Years and Type of Experience:

* 2+years of experience in packaging testing / engineering / R&D work.
* Have the ability to lift 50lbs in a safe ergonomically correct manner.
* The ability to ascend and descend stairs

Skills and Abilities:

* Lead the end to end recruiting process being the single point of contact for Hiring Managers (HM) & candidates by managing searches against a timeline with a focus on meeting benchmarks and metrics, and managing multiple priorities simultaneously. This includes requisition management, candidate identification, interview coordination, compensation review, and offer acceptance
* Act as a partner and a creative consultant in the Talent Acquisition process by forging dynamic consultative relationships with assigned functions and hiring managers in identifying talent solutions for individual departments leveraging internal and external talent
* Meet or exceed all Talent Acquisition Service Level Agreement (SLA) metrics and Recruiter Scorecard metrics including but not limited to time to fill, time to submit first candidate, direct sourced candidates, disposition rate, LinkedIn recruiter seat usage and hiring manager / candidate satisfaction survey scores
* Use Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure compliance in all Talent Acquisition processes and timely communication to hiring managers and candidates. Ensure all administrative reporting tasks are completed monthly for accurate reporting.

Required Skills and Abilities
