+ SCD Community Specialist is a field based, non-sales, non-promotional, community-facing colleague who serves as the point of contact for the Sickle Cell Community Based Organizations (CBO's) including local, regional, and national advocacy groups and individual patients and caregivers. **Basic Qualifications**

+ Minimum 5-7 years pharmaceutical industry or related experience -preferably in Rare Disease

**Your role at Clorox:**
The Operator role is responsible for the production of ranch dressing. This requires an understanding of all equipment, its proper mode of safe operation, and the criticality of its role in production. The Senior Manager, General Purpose Robotics Engineering & AI Enablement is responsible for leading the strategy, roadmap, and deployment of general-purpose and humanoid robotic solutions across the enterprise. This leader drives the identification, evaluation, and implementation of robotics use cases that enhance safety, productivity, quality, and cost efficiency in manufacturing, distribution, and corporate environments. While deep technical engineering and solution build will be heavily supported by external automation and technology partners, this role is accountable for owning the overall robotics portfolio, ensuring successful deployment at scale, and serving as the primary point of coordination across business, IT, and vendor teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
Strategy & Roadmap Ownership

+ Own the end-to-end deployment lifecycle for robotics initiatives-from concept and pilot through scale-up and steady-state operations.

+ Establish clear KPIs and benefits tracking for each deployment; monitor performance and drive continuous improvement in collaboration with operations teams.
External Partner & Vendor Management
+ Serve as the primary owner for relationships with robotics OEMs, system integrators, and automation partners delivering technical solutions.
+ Oversee partner scopes of work, delivery milestones, and quality standards, ensuring alignment to internal requirements and timelines.

+ Guide how AI-enabled capabilities-such as perception, navigation, and task orchestration-are applied through partner solutions to improve robot performance and autonomy.
+ Promote standardized data collection, monitoring, and reporting from robotic systems to support diagnostics, optimization, and strategic decision-making.
Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management
+ Engage plant leadership, frontline teams, and functional stakeholders to align on use cases, operating models, and ways of working with humanoid and general-purpose robots.
+ Develop training, communication, and adoption plans to ensure employees understand and effectively collaborate with robotic systems.
+ Champion a culture of safety and innovation, proactively addressing concerns and promoting the benefits of robotics to the workforce.
Governance, Standards & Risk Management
+ Define and enforce standards for robotics deployments, including safety, cybersecurity, interoperability, and lifecycle management.
+ Partner with EHS, Security, and IT to ensure humanoid and mobile robots meet all applicable regulatory and internal compliance requirements.
+ Manage risks associated with robotics deployments, including operational disruption, vendor dependencies, and technology obsolescence.
Team Leadership
+ Lead and develop a small internal team of robotics program managers / engineers focused on requirements, integration, and deployment oversight.
+ Foster strong collaboration across engineering, IT, operations, and HR to support workforce transformation as robotics adoption scales.
**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in industrial automation, robotics, advanced manufacturing, or related fields, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or program ownership role.
- Demonstrated experience leading deployment of robotics solutions (e.g., industrial robots, AMRs, AGVs, humanoid or general-purpose robots) in production or logistics environments.
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-site technology programs and working with external system integrators and technology partners.
- Strong understanding of operational processes in manufacturing and/or distribution and how robotics can be applied to improve safety, quality, and productivity.

Shift Hours: 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and ensuring the proper functioning of equipment, machinery, and facilities within an organization. Their work ensures minimal downtime, safety, and efficient operation of equipment and systems.
This position is considered a safety-sensitive position, meaning, a lapse of attention could adversely affect the safety of others by resulting in injury, illness, or death, including without limitation a position that includes the operating, repairing, maintaining, or monitoring of heavy equipment, machinery, or operation motorized vehicle.
**In this role, you will:**
+ Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and other types of equipment.
+ Perform routine maintenance tasks like cleaning, lubricating, and calibrating machinery.
+ Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid unexpected breakdowns.
+ Oversee the upkeep of building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and lighting.
+ Perform repairs and ensure facilities comply with safety and health regulations.
+ Coordinate with vendors or contractors for specialized repairs or upgrades.
+ Ensure all equipment and facilities are operating safely and in compliance with regulatory standards.
+ Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents or damage to property.
+ Maintain and update safety documentation and equipment logs.
+ Diagnose and resolve equipment failures or malfunctions in a timely manner.
+ Use diagnostic tools and techniques to identify issues with systems or machinery
+ Maintain records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and parts used.
+ Keep track of inventory for tools and materials needed for maintenance tasks.
+ Work closely with other departments (e.g., operations, production, facilities management) to align on maintenance schedules.
+ Communicate with supervisors and managers to report on the status of equipment and facility conditions.
+ Respond to urgent maintenance requests and breakages, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
+ Suggest improvements or upgrades to enhance the functionality or energy efficiency of equipment or facilities.
**What we look for:**
+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance environment.
+ Experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems required.
+ Exposure to PLC and VFD programming/troubleshooting preferred.
+ Basic welding, machining, and hand tool experience required
+ Must have a solid understanding of industrial maintenance, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of systems.
+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following safety protocols and meeting deadlines.
+ Strong organizational skills to develop and execute work plans effectively.
+ Basic ability to analyze problems, troubleshoot, and find solutions.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively work with colleagues and document activities.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
+ Must comply with all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety standards.
+ Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently and perform physical tasks associated with equipment repair and maintenance.
+ Demonstrated ability to provide excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders.
+ Strong commitment to safety for yourself and others in a high-risk environment.
+ Willingness to adapt to changing work schedules and assignments as necessary.
+ Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and other standard computer systems
+ High school diploma or equivalent (Some positions may require a technical degree or certification in equipment maintenance, mechanical, or electrical engineering).
+ Previous experience in equipment or facility maintenance is often required (1-3 years depending on the complexity of the job).

+ **_Shift Transfers_** must meet twelve (12) months in the department and shift. Some exceptions will be made based on the needs of the business.

Your role at Clorox:
The Operator role is responsible for the production of ranch dressing. This requires an understanding of all equipment, its proper mode of safe operation, and the criticality of its role in production. The Operator may work in the Blending, Process, Bottling, Dry, or Warehouse departments. They will work with heavy stationary and/or moving equipment and conveyors. Concentration on the tasks at hand as well as an awareness of the overall operation is essential.

Pay Rate: $23.04 + $1.50 Shift Differential
Work Hours: Sunday - Thursday, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM
In this role, you will:
Ensure Safe behavior is conducted by yourself and those around you.
Complete accurate Quality Assurance checks.
Maintain standard work for your process/machine as an owner
Maintain all safety, GMP, and area housekeeping standards.
Enter production information and notes into SAP and LEDs.
Completing CIL/PM and ensuring proper WPO in the work area.
Safely and efficiently participate in troubleshooting equipment, process failures, changeovers, and the effective operations of various products assigned to the line.
Remove or replace parts and components with hand tools
Complete require paperwork accurately
Some tasks are dependent upon the department. These duties may include:
Making blends, accurately adding raw materials to batches (repetitive heavy lifting required)
Pulling raw materials
Cycle counting, issuing materials, and/or maintaining FIFO
Forklift and Warehouse operations.
Machinery support on Atlas, Zeus, Pluto, Ceres, or Hade's packaging lines.
Machinery support on both P1 and P2.
What we look for:
Must have a minimum of one (1) year of Manufacturing/Machine Operating experience.
Effective interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated work behavior requiring limited to no supervision.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to understand and use network computer applications and electronic mail.
Ability to make decisions using sound judgment based on available information.
