Support their employees, good benefits, open communication, care about environment, safety, and work life balance. Lots of available time off 3 wks vacation, 48 hrs ppto, 7 pd holidays plus 5 floating holidays. Parental leave after newborn.
What DON'T You Like About Working There?
Working in ambient manufacturing facility so very very hot in summer. 12 hr shifts. Do have to work weekends and occasional holidays.
