This position is responsible for serving as the first point of contact responsible for the accurate resolution of Human Resources (HR) inquiries from Tractor Supply Company (TSC) team members. This includes assistance in navigation through Employee/Manager Self Service screens, materials and functionality.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)
* Provide high-level customer service to team members regarding HR-related matters such as resetting passwords, submitting electronic personnel transactions, general troubleshooting for HR systems and other inquiries.
* Utilize standard scripts, FAQs, policy manuals, HR knowledge base, desktop procedures and other reference materials and is responsible for managing to pre-determined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
* Support various departments as the first point of contact for the Human Resources Support Center (HRSC) team members triaging and answering incoming calls and routing to the correct departments if additional trouble shooting is needed.
* Enter all incoming inquiries in the case management system and respond to Service Center requests via phone, email, mail, fax, website, voicemail or the HR Portal.
* Analyze and process personnel actions (new hires, terminations, pay/position changes, etc.) into the HRIS by data entry or electronic approval.
* Audit incoming HR paperwork and communicate with field management to ensure receipt of proper supporting documentation and/or approvals.
* Follow through with any HR research or additional contact needed by the store team members, distribution center team members, District and Regional Managers, Store Support Center team members.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 3 years of experience in a professional work environment. Experience in data entry, benefits, payroll, and/or customer service is preferred.
Education: High School diploma is preferred. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.

+ Provide design guidance, oversight, and mentoring related to training development involving varying content types and potential audiences which include job processes and use of systems, customer service skills, new products or services, contact center practices, and Leadership development.
+ Elevate existing CSC instructional documents and approaches to a "higher" level by recommending creative and alternative media solutions (e.g., E-learning, Web-based learning); explore new technologies related to relevant learning systems.
+ Responsible for leading the Customer Solutions Center communication strategy to include all department-wide communications, meetings and notifications.
+ Direct and maintain an enhanced recruiting program and partner with HR to ensure talent is suitable for the department's unique needs.
+ Collaborate with CSC leadership to set customer-focused performance expectations; create performance plans with clearly articulated goals and measurements.
+ Responsible for the creation and oversight of the Customer Solutions Center coaching and performance strategy to include compiling KPIs, setting documentation expectations, and defining the cadence for performance and behavioral coaching.
**Required Qualifications**
Experience: 6+ years of direct experience in training and development, performance and KPI management, and contact center quality assurance programs and methodologies.
Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.
**Preferred knowledge, skills or abilities**
+ Must demonstrate a clear understanding and appreciation of key Contact Center concepts and practices, including: use of systems, call routing, contact channels, types of customer transactions/interactions, workforce management, reporting, performance measurements, quality initiatives, coaching and mentoring, career path, staff development, and the unique demands of frontline staff.
+ Must be able to articulate and apply an instructional/informational design methodology; knowledge of a performance-based instructional methodology is preferred
