Come join the Customer Strategic Insights team! This team is embedded within the Foodservice and On-Premise (FSOP) organization for the Coca-Cola North America Operating Unit. We are a pivotal team in how our company drives the marketplace with Customer teams through best-in-class insights, strategy, and storytelling. The Director, Customer Strategic Insights team is responsible for leading category management and guest insights projects working closely with the Customer Marketing and Sales organizations. The Customer Strategic Insights Team is focused on developing strategies and tactics to maximize opportunities for our customers, categories, and Coca-Cola. This will be done through a variety of vehicles including customer and category reviews, fielding primary research, and creating enabling materials for the broader FSOP organization through the Insights Center of Excellence.

This Director role must leverage their influencing skills to influence across the team, FSOP, and NAOU. The ability to think broadly and strategically is imperative to success within this role.
EXPERIENCE
5-7+ years of work experience, preferably in CPG.
Bachelor's degree required - Preferred MBA or other advanced degree.
Regular Customer engagement strongly preferred.
Background of owning and using Primary Research projects and budgets strongly preferred.
A mix of strong analytical, project management and story-telling experiences.
Experience with Foodservice and On Premise preferred.
Experience presenting to senior leaders of own and external organizations.
Prior consulting and category management or sales experience strongly preferred.

What You'll Do for Us
FSOP Innovation
* Champion FSOP voice of customer and proper translation of brand innovation strategies across foodservice/on premise channels.
* Use data and insights to identify trends to support innovation strategy.
* Partner with the category teams and key cross-functional stakeholders on product/package innovation (scalable & customer specific).
* Serve as the innovation SME with the customer teams including code 10/5s.
Team Leadership
* Lead, coach, and develop a team of Directors within Dispensed Innovation, fostering high performance, collaboration, and accountability.
* Set team priorities, establish clear objectives, and provide ongoing direction aligned to the FSOP Innovation and Freestyle commercialization strategies.
* Build and sustain a culture of innovation, empowerment, and continuous improvement.
* Ensure team alignment across key functions including category management, brand teams, commercial leadership, and customer teams.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or another related field.
* 7+ years of experience, preferably in the consumer goods/beverages industry
* Leadership and experience working in Foodservice/On Premise channels.
* Experience in brand and category management.
* Demonstrates strong business acumen through the ability to create a 1-3-year business plan for brand/category and a path to achieve that vision, anticipating future trends and needs in the marketplace and business; demonstrates innovation/creativity.
* Demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate and build relationships at all organizational levels; communicates long-term vision and shorter-term opportunities through clear & simple messages.
* People leadership/management - specifically, leading teams and influencing multiple stakeholders with different priorities.
* Strong track record of leadership across cross-functional teams
