Coke Florida is looking for a Fleet Technician Lead based out of our Jacksonville location. Working Tuesday - Saturday from 4:00AM to 1:00PM What You Will Do: As a Coke Florida Fleet Technician Lead, you will be responsible for scheduling and performing mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance on all company fleet vehicles. Lead fleet technicians assist in the scheduling, coaching, and development of other team members. Roles and Responsibilities: Train, coach and provide day-to-day direction to team members as needed. Coordinate and monitor department repair and employee work schedules. Troubleshoot, diagnose and complete repairs on all types of fleet equipment. Perform preventative maintenance on vehicles. For this role, you will need: 1+ years of mechanic experience on light and heavy equipment required. Experience with Heavy Duty and PIT equipment is required. What You Will Do: As a Coke Florida Transport Driver, you will be responsible for driving and transporting finished goods from production facility to warehousing facilities.
