Job Overview
The Warehouse Material Handler is responsible for the fulfillment of Customer Orders by retrieving and stacking specific product and quantities as specified on the Pick Ticket/Computer Screen assigned on a pre-determined conveyor and, or pallet. This is accomplished by traveling throughout the Warehouse's Pick Area and building stable pallet(s) of product, meeting or exceeding Warehouse and Company expectations regarding safety, accuracy, and efficiency.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Retrieves and places quantities of Cases of Product onto a pre-determined pallet as instructed by the assigned Pick Ticket, in a manner that is safe and builds a stable pallet of product, while meeting or exceeding Warehouse and Company expectations in safety, accuracy, and efficiency
* Travels to and transports pallets of stacked Product to different areas of the Warehouse via a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) - Pallet Jack - in a safe and efficient manner
* Assists in Warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping as assigned or as needed
* Performs daily PIT Checklist and alerts Warehouse Management of any issues discovered
* Corrects any mistakes discovered and informed of by the Checker to product and, or quantity
* May perform other duties as assigned
* Performs miscellaneous activities as directed to support the efficient operation of a warehouse in a dynamic environment

Job Overview
The Order Checker is primarily responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all Customer Orders leaving the Warehouse by inspecting and verifying all completed Orders, documenting any discovered discrepancies, and ensuring any discovered discrepancies are corrected on the Order prior to loading for Delivery. This position may also review and inspect the accuracy of all Route Delivery Trucks upon return to the Warehouse, document any discovered discrepancies, and make all needed changes prior to finalizing the Route Truck Check-In Process.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Verifies the accuracy of Customer Orders by inspecting built pallets to ensure they are adequately built, stabilized, and secure for transportation to the Customer and reviewing Pick Tickets to ensure the Product Type and Quantity are correct. This includes communicating with warehouse teammates when mistakes are discovered so the needed correction can be made to the specific pallet.
* Inspects returning Route Deliver Trucks to determine if they are in the proper condition for the Check-In Process and performs Blind Counts of all returning Route Delivery Trucks to compare counts to the reported quantities of the returning Route Delivery Trucks. This includes communicating with Route Delivery Drivers of issues discovered and makes the needed changes to the final Load-In prior to finalizing the Check-in Process.
* Documents any discrepancies, changes, additions, subtractions, required to a Customer Order, (Miss-Picks, Pallet Types, Additional Pallets, Out-of-Stocks, etc.), on the proper Reports (Load Bay Diagrams/Pick Tickets), and provides information to the appropriate personnel.
* Accounts for all returned Product and Deposit Items on the Route Delivery Trucks and ensures information is classified correctly, including but not limited to Out-of-Date, Damaged, Good Items, and Pallets.
* Maintains cleanliness and safety of work area and warehouse, performs other tasks including pallet building as determined and requested by management.

The Operator Manufacturing III is responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performing preventive maintenance on assigned machines. * Unload of product from the Palletizing machines, or loading the product directly into trailers using Radio Frequency (RF) Tablet

Job Overview
The Route Specialist will cover the routes of teammates when they are away and maintain their established routes, including orders, delivery, and, or unloading our products at customer locations on designated routes, in a courteous, professional, compliant, safe, and timely manner. This fast-paced role is also responsible for stocking and facing products on displays and shelves, in coolers and cold vaults while ensuring that appropriate rotation standards are maintained. Duties & Responsibilities
* Cover vacation routes competently to maintain established route standards and sales to prevent missing important opportunities, ensure a high level of customer service is maintained
* Order, fill, merchandise, and rotate products on shelves, displays, cold vaults, and cooler equipment, according to company standards
* Specified activities per route discipline (bulk, conventional, full service, and cold bottle)
* Assist the Supervisor in training new route sales teammates and assist supervisors as time permits, focusing on safety, efficiency, and customer service.
* Handle urgent customer needs to meet commitments made to customers in a timely, consistent, and professional manner, through partnering with the sales, delivery, and customer management teams

The Maintenance Manager II supports a large volume facility and is responsible for all aspects of the Maintenance Department. This includes managing a program that ensures all assets including production equipment, support equipment, building, and grounds are properly maintained. The Maintenance Manager II will also develop and manage a team that strives for outstanding customer service achieved through diverse collaboration; identify and manage an annual budget that flexes spending to align with actual production volume, and work with plant leadership to maintain established KPIs.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Manages, leads, and motivates a team to deliver results by communicating company goals, safety practices, and deadlines; engaging and developing teammates through effective performance management, and coaching and training
* Implements continuous improvement methods while maintaining customer focus, and embodies company purpose and values to inspire servant leadership
* Develops and continuously improves a detailed department-specific business plan ensuring all facility assets including production equipment, support equipment, and building, and grounds are properly maintained. This is done through strategic and effective scheduling of assigned, monitored, and measured corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities
* Collaborates with the plant leadership team to ensure Annual Business Plan goals and other KPIs are achieving targets and develops and implements action plans to correct below target performance measures by actively participating in Meetings, Management Reviews, and Audits
* Identifies financial needs of the facility assets and manages the department annual budget to flex spending to align with actual production volume and the needs of the business
* Monitors monthly employee training requirements to ensure timely completion of all elements
* Plans and executes Capital Expenditure Projects ensuring each one is delivered on time and on budget with FATs completed upfront when required, as well as all projects are closed through the Engineering and Accounting Departments timely with required project results achieved
* Supports and participates in established best practices through the Management System initiatives to include ISO and KORE Standards
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
* Possess a strong understanding of Programmable Logic Controllers, PLC Networking, Hydraulics, Electrical, and Beverage Equipment Operations and repair
* Possess the ability to manage both in-house and capital projects from the scheduling of (Contractor, Vendor, and Production related projects) to the projects financial impact on the plant's various costs centers or Capital Budgeting Process
* 25% office environment, 75% industrial environment
* Weekend work will be required to include some holidays as scheduled to support customer demand on Capital, Non-Capital projects
* Equipment noise is elevated requiring the use of hearing protection. Some outside work may be required to support facility maintenance needs
* 5+ years as a Maintenance Manager in a like business
* Background in a Pro-Active Maintenance system environment preferred to include working with ISO Standards
* Experience using SAP Maintenance, PLC background helpful
* A high degree of professionalism
* Knowledge of and intermediate, advanced skill level in project management
* Ability to influence decision making of peers
