Job Overview
The Warehouse Material Handler is responsible for the fulfillment of Customer Orders by retrieving and stacking specific product and quantities as specified on the Pick Ticket/Computer Screen assigned on a pre-determined conveyor and, or pallet. This is accomplished by traveling throughout the Warehouse's Pick Area and building stable pallet(s) of product, meeting or exceeding Warehouse and Company expectations regarding safety, accuracy, and efficiency.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Retrieves and places quantities of Cases of Product onto a pre-determined pallet as instructed by the assigned Pick Ticket, in a manner that is safe and builds a stable pallet of product, while meeting or exceeding Warehouse and Company expectations in safety, accuracy, and efficiency
* Travels to and transports pallets of stacked Product to different areas of the Warehouse via a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) - Pallet Jack - in a safe and efficient manner
* Assists in Warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping as assigned or as needed
* Performs daily PIT Checklist and alerts Warehouse Management of any issues discovered
* Corrects any mistakes discovered and informed of by the Checker to product and, or quantity
* May perform other duties as assigned
* Performs miscellaneous activities as directed to support the efficient operation of a warehouse in a dynamic environment

Job Overview
The Region Commercialization Manager - Mid-Atlantic is responsible for translating company-wide brand and channel commercialization strategies and into locally relevant channel-centric commercialization plans that meet the unique needs of the local region. The Manager will work collaboratively with local sales operations leadership, customer teams and RGM counterparts to create effective commercial plans that mirror company strategy at the local level. This position will be locally based in the regions, with up to 60% travel required (some local same-day travel markets).
Duties & Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a customized region commercialization plan. Translate the total company channel commercial strategies into customized market unit tactics that meet the needs of the local region. Identify key needs of the local region and generate creative and customized commercial solutions to meet those needs while achieving goals and objectives set forth in the channel-centric commercial strategies.
* Ensure localized commercial marketing projects are aligned with corporate partner brand and company standards, policies and procedures. Ensure projects are appropriately resourced and positioned for success within agreed upon SLAs.
* Become the voice of commercial marketing in the local regions. Identify a list of impactful customers and work collaboratively with marketing capabilities, customer teams, channel commercialization and consumer connections to ensure marketing plans are effectively implemented at the local level.
* Execute region commercialization tactics. Work collaboratively with the corporate channel commercialization team, RGM, procurement, graphic design and consumer connections teams to follow processes and procedures to create and procure marketing materials that meet the needs of the local market. Develop communications to create action at the local level to ensure consumption / implementation of the marketing elements.
* Work collaboratively with RGM and MU leadership to implement commercial strategy KPIs that deliver results as per the clear definition of winning definitions.
* Recommend brand and package additions and subtractions from the region commercial plan. Utilize brand and category indices to create a product segmentation strategy that aligns with consumer preference, customer makeup, and channel strategy.

* Marketing Strategy - Ability to understand the importance of long-term brand and channel commercial strategy while at the same time be committed to development and implementation of short-term brand and channel commercial initiatives that have a direct impact on the local market unit goals and objectives.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration - Ability to work collaboratively with the local market unit team including sales operations, key customer leads, RGM and channel commercialization to translate company-wide commercial strategies into applicable market unit tactics.

* Drives safely following all motor vehicle laws without distraction and maintain a safe working environment by completing all assigned safety training activities and adhering to all safety policies and procedures, including but not limited to conducting Department of Transportation (DOT) daily pre-trip and daily post-trip inspections of vehicle, if required
* Administers the assembly of fountain equipment on customer locations by loading and unloading fountain equipment using a forklift, pallet jack, and hand trucks; removing packaging materials and equipment pods using cordless impact driver, sockets, and wrenches; verifying that the asset numbers being loaded are those assigned for the day
* Properly operates handheld devices to maintain accurate delivery, removal, and movement records, including parts inventory accountability
* Troubleshoots and resolves minor technical issues for equipment that is not functioning properly at the time of delivery. If unresolved, a service call is placed

The Switcher II-CDL is responsible for the transport of full and empty trailers between the docks and the designated drop parking locations in the "Trailer Yard" to support the inbound unloading and the outbound loading warehouse operations in a safe, accurate, and efficient manner. Job Overview
The Technician Tech Services will professionally diagnose, and repair fountains, vendors, coolers, and other beverage dispensing equipment to the customers' satisfaction, properly manage tools and parts and maintain records and reports, safely and efficiently per Company standards; provide great customer service and communication to Coca-Cola Consolidated (CCC), Coca-Cola North America (CCNA), and Equipment Reutilization Solutions (ERS) internal and external customers with the ability to sell revenue-generating service through the Coca-Cola Consolidated Equipment Reutilization Solutions (CCC ERS) proposition.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Diagnose and repair fountains, venders, coolers, and other beverage dispensing equipment to the customers' satisfaction, properly manage tools and parts, and maintain records and reports, safely and efficiently per Company standards
* Operate handheld devices to maintain accurate delivery, removal, movement records, and parts inventory accountability
* Drive safely following all motor vehicle laws without distraction; maintain a safe working environment by completing all assigned safety training activities, adhering to all safety policies and procedures; including conducting Department of Transportation (DOT) daily pre-trip and daily post-trip inspections of vehicle, as required
* Maintain proper use, possession, and accountability for all parts, tools, supplies, and keys necessary for the job
* Complete all required training, maintain updates and documents as related to all equipment
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
* Must be able to lift 50 pounds
* Drive and ride for long periods
* Use refrigeration tools, refrigeration scales, electrical and cordless tools, general hand tools, and electronic devices
* Work inside and outside customer locations, in uncontrolled temperatures
* Experience in the electrical and, or refrigeration field required
Minimum Qualifications
* High school diploma or GED
* Knowledge acquired through up to 12 months of work experience
Preferred Qualifications
* Valid driver's license
* EPA Level 1 Refrigeration certification preferred or ability to obtain this certification within 6 months
* Ability to obtain forklift and pallet jack certification
* Ability to pass company certification programs for equipment repair and safety - i.e., BEST, FAST, Advanced Refrigeration

Job Overview
The Supervisor, Delivery NFS will lead a team responsible for the efficient delivery and merchandising of company products while meeting company distribution objectives. The role will onboard new teammates; respond to customer issues; optimize route efficiency; adhere to safety and compliance policies; and foster a positive working environment. The Supervisor will lead and train an assigned team of merchandisers using proper techniques to develop skills, conducting up to three Right Execution Daily (RED) rides per week with the assigned delivery merchandisers.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Partners with Talent Acquisition on the hiring process, including interviews and onboarding, to ensure the right fit for the role, an excellent onboarding experience, and to achieve budgeted staffing needs
* Manage, lead, and motivate a team of Full-Service Delivery Merchandisers and Cashiers to deliver results by communicating company goals and deadlines
* Engage and develop teammates through effective performance management, coaching, and training
* Implement continuous improvement methods while maintaining customer focus, and embody company purpose and values to inspire servant leadership
* Teach, coach, and train Delivery Merchandisers on processes, and procedures necessary to maximize profit and productivity, while maintaining satisfactory customer service, through a minimum of 3 per week consistently planned and documented R.E.D. rides
* Ensure core internal audit guidelines and procedures are followed and met, including cash handling, Kronos time-card management, fuel card management, etc.
* Manage delivery and merchandising of all pre-sold orders in the assigned territory, ensure that satisfactory customer service levels and company standards are maintained while looking for continuous improvement opportunities
* Monitor key business indicators including the number of cases delivered, shrink result, percentage of orders served and delivered, RED, etc., and develop action plans based on opportunities to drive productivity gains
* Establish a safe working environment to ensure teammates are properly trained in safe working techniques in the trade, including safety blitzes, evaluations, annual testing, etc
* Partner cross-functionally to manage and lead effective communication with sales, warehouse, and route planning teams
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
* Knowledge of CCCI Sales and Delivery operations preferred
* Prior leadership and management experience a plus
* Must demonstrate good planning techniques and organizational skills
* Ability to lead, coach and develop a team
* Ability to manage constant change in a fast-paced environment
* Strong computer skills - SAP, Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, laptop, iPad, Smart Phone
* Must be able to lift and merchandise products up to 75 pounds, use of material handling units (hand cart, CooLift, Pallet Jacks)

* Must be able to obtain a Class A CDL

Job Overview
The Bulk Account Merchandiser Specialist is critical support to the POD Model in the One Tier Sales Strategy in a flexible, 24/7 operation. The need for this role is heightened by the Future of Operations move of Dollar General and some independent groceries from Small Store to the Large Store channel. The Bulk Account Merchandiser Specialist will provide vacation coverage to the Bulk Account Merchandiser and Merchandiser, may be the first call point for late PM/early AM weekends ensuring proper route coverage, and acting as liaison between the customer, merchandiser and driver for order refusals, and inventory overload. The BAM Specialist may execute weekend operational plans with minimal and additional influence on changes to the strategy. The BAM Specialist will keep the DSM apprised as appropriate.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Fills, merchandise, and rotates products on display and the shelf according to procedures and special programs. Provides vacation coverage to the Bulk Account Merchandiser and POD Merchandiser.
* Manages, sells, and executes in an assigned group of customers on daily, pre-set routes and generates sales orders based on the assigned delivery frequency for each customer to ensure the day-to-day success of the operation and directly contribute to the financial performance of the company in terms of revenue, volume, and gross profit.
* Executes applicable promotions and new products based on target lists, monthly Look of Success (LOS) initiatives, marketing promotions, Point-Of-Sale, and commercial plans to ensure excellence in RED (Right Execution Daily) scores for assigned customers.
* Organizes and maintains back room by stacking and arranging product by package and flavor, arranging the return of empty pallets and shells, damaged and out of date product to the branch.
* Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials on display and shelves where permitted. Rotates product. Fills and merchandises Fastlane merchandisers and vendors; checks vendor to ensure proper operation.
* Fosters business relationship with store personnel through routine follow-up on requests, proactive pricing, special programs, new opportunities, and upcoming activities discussion.
* Identifies and communicates any competitive issues or market activities that could impact the business (i.e., pricing, new packaging, change in business strategy, etc.) and executes all job duties in a safe working manner.
* May be the first call point for late PM/early AM weekends ensuring proper route coverage, and acting as liaison between the customer, merchandiser and driver for order refusals, and inventory overload.
