Qualification & Requirements
High School diploma or GED equivalent
2-5 years of successful experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of SAP

Job Description
The Material Handler Automation 3 is responsible for finalizing all pallets coming through the system in an automated warehouse; this excludes HSPA and stock pallets prior to take away. Ensure a clean and safe work environment according to UNITED standards.
What your day will look like:
* Support cross functional duties within other areas of operations
* Ensure work area has required supplies for duration of shift
* Verify pallet tickets from printer are in order
* Ensure correct products are placed on assigned pallet for total pallet accuracy (palletizer + hand-stack)
* Manually stack cases on pallets in a stable fashion
* Audit pallet accuracy at specified intervals according to verification process standards
* Communicate any errors that may require system pause to supervisor
* Apply pallet ticket to pallet and operate pallet release controls once pallet is complete
* Clear alarms relevant to top off responsibilities in a timely fashion to facilitate continuous system production.
* Monitor palletizer output for continuous system production
* Manually replace shrink wrap at times of wrap breakage or when wrap film roll is exhausted and remedy associated alarm
* Identify, communicate, and assist in correction of missing, damaged, mis-picked cases, or fallen cases/pallets
* Keep work area from palletizer to stretch wrapper clean and orderly throughout production run
* Operate VPS Vertique Picking & loading software within the automation environment
* Maintain proper function of certain machines through advanced problem-solving skills and logic to include simple data manipulation
* Troubleshoot system for simple malfunctions
* Cleans/sanitizes production machinery and storage areas
* Performs housekeeping duties within the production areas
* Performs appropriate duties as assigned by management
What you need to succeed:

Job Description
The Material Handler Automation 1 is responsible for replenishing product on semi-automated conveyors by hand within the automated system, correct any conveyor system errors, and to manually build new orders or tear down orders returned to the plant. Maintain production rate based on system performance. Ensure a clean and safe work environment according to UNITED standards.
What your day will look like:
* Placement of correct product on conveyor system in semi-automated pick lanes as product releases are relieved from system
* Resolution of alarms in pick areas by reviewing monitors when alarms are triggered by release issues and communicate system opportunities in a timely manner via handheld radio
* Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, pallets, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, or product code
* Coordinate replenishment needs accordingly with responsible parties
* Replenishment of pallet pick and flow rack zones
* Manually build new orders and sort/replenish returns in HQS zones
* Utilize PIT equipment as needed
* Ensure production goals are met daily

What you need to succeed:
