The pros of working at TCCC are the Company Culture (which is top knotch - ppl walk the walk), Safety and Quality minded for employees and customers. The Company really cares about their employees.
It's a HUGE company. If you think you're going to be able to find a direct line to who you need to speak to (from the outside), good luck! If you're internal, networking is a must to get by.
Salary and work/life balance are amazing. I'm also afforded a LOT of personal work autonomy. That is very important to me.
The leadership of TCCC are transparent. Since Jennifer Mann came back in 2023, the company culture has gotten so much better.
I would improve the company culture by improving the new hire onboarding experience to be complete with a 1-year development plan (for example).
I prepared by carefully reviewing the job posting (which is tightly linked to the job description). Looked up the company facts and priorities.
Compensation at TCCC is very good. I feel that they pay their employees well.
I love just how diverse the employee population is at TCCC. There are people I meet who have come from all over the world. I love that.
I enjoy bringing people together and meeting common goals. In person, of course! There is just something about creating that value and community with others that fulfill my days with the Company.
I like it is an ancient knowledge company at world level. It produces the most tasty gaseous drink.your publicity is wonderful. All the workers we feel like to work there, we have sense of belonging, of the company. Working in coca cola offers economic stability. The infrastructure to work is comfortable, it can be likely in your facilities.
Some times offer courses and professional improvement that is not completely fulfilled, training is important to obtain new knowledge. on occasions workers have been rewarded or evaluated for being friends of the chief, all the evaluations should be more objective, since this causes disaster among the workers. that is the most reelevant for me, the rest is good.
It is a solid, old company that offers good economic stability. Also offer a good medical insurance
Haha not anytime soon as far as I know. But yea, that would make my job more stressful than it can already be. Not only do we have to worry about making the product taste good and be safe from a sanitation perspective, but add cocaine back into the mix and it'd be awful.
