All the workers we feel like to work there, we have sense of belonging, of the company. Working in coca cola offers economic stability. The infrastructure to work is comfortable, it can be likely in your facilities.
Some times offer courses and professional improvement that is not completely fulfilled, training is important to obtain new knowledge. on occasions workers have been rewarded or evaluated for being friends of the chief, all the evaluations should be more objective, since this causes disaster among the workers. that is the most reelevant for me, the rest is good.
It is a solid, old company that offers good economic stability. Also offer a good medical insurance
