The senior co workers, the few that are left.
Cons of working at The Coleman Company
Managers are very unethical with classic narcissistic tendicies to the point that they wll tell a group of employees something and later deny they ever said it, even when the whole group was witness to the telling ; the group of employees end up being the liars.

Dont know the CEO. Sadly what leadership that there is does not come from those with the leadership titles.
How would you improve The Coleman Company's culture?
Have HR do an honest impartial investigation and remove the leaders who are causing the hostile work enviorment. Make it mandatory that all supervisors and managers have to take ethic classes and hold them accountable when they dont meet the Company's ethic policies.
