You will take charge of implementing the vision, mission, and core values established by CHCP.
Responsibilities:
* Make and receive outbound and inbound calls to make connections with prospective students, bringing awareness of CHCP's offerings and how they may positively impact someone's life!
* Schedule and conduct daily interviews, campus tours, arrange for entrance assessment completion, introduce to financial aid, and review appropriateness of candidates for admission based upon career goal compatibility
* Accurately and completely explain our health care educational programs, expected outcomes, and student services to students, parents, and other support systems
* Use proven and effective tools and resources (phone and interview guide, marketing collateral, etc.) while following national and state rules and regulations in an effort to get to know a prospect's goals
* Attend online and on campus new hire training as well as participate in continuous training over the course of your career at CHCP
* Know the monthly start cycle, enrollment goals, program product knowledge, entrance requirements, and policies related to enrolling qualified students
* Participate in appropriate recruitment and enrollment activities including: open houses, local presentations, training sessions, orientation programs, career days, graduation, etc.
* Ask new students who else could benefit from a career education to generate referrals and personally developed leads
* Accurately forecast projected new students with Director of Admissions or campus management to assist with educational outcomes
* Stay in contact with your new students, conducting follow-up meetings with all applicants to ensure their success.
* Become a registered Admission Representative through the Texas Workforce Commission

Lead the review, creation, implementation and enhancement of services, programs, training, policies and procedures to support students with disabilities or in need of supportive services due to sexual harassment, sexual assault, dating violence, and stalking to support student success and retention and ensure federal compliance.
Assists the Title IX Coordinator by providing subject-matter expertise on requirements of and compliance with Title IX, VAWA, Campus SaVE, and related federal state laws.
Serve as the primary resource related to campus student accessibility and Title IX issues and works collaboratively with the Title IX Coordinator to identify, facilitate, and implement appropriate student support services due to disabilities, sexual harassment, sexual assault, dating violence, and stalking.
Inform faculty regarding student academic accommodations, compliance with legal responsibilities, as well as instructional, programmatic and curriculum modifications.
Inform faculty of their rights and responsibilities to ensure equal educational access.
Prepare long- and short- range plans and budgets.
Monitor and report performance related to goals, and manage office budget.
Serve as a member of the ADA Council and District-wide Counseling Workgroup, and as the liaison between district leadership and the ADA Council and Counselors.

* Master's degree required with a concentration in Counseling, Education, Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Rehabilitative Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy
* 5 years management experience; preferably in a higher education counseling setting or counseling adult populations; 2 of these years should be working with individuals with disabilities, administering and creating programs to accommodate individuals with disabilities and Title IX related supportive services, and 3 years of mental health counseling; preferably in a higher education counseling setting

SUMMARY
Assist with financial transactions in the college assigned which includes, receipting and recording payments, posting 3rd Party tuition vouchers/Letters of Financial Guarantee, or Purchase Orders, and attaching waivers or exemptions on eligible student accounts. Assist with student accounts in connection with service indicators and its impact on the services that can be extended to the students.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Under general supervision, accept and record payments using the cashiering equipment and cashiering system installed and in place in the college; Payments could be term payments on student accounts or departmental receipts.
Assist and make sure that the all transactions are handled based on the pertinent procedures set forth in the Cashiering Procedures Manual.
Assist with reconcile cashiering batch. Run all checks for deposit through the Remote Deposit system and prepare deposit slips for items to be picked by armored service or to be deposited physically to the bank.
Put or lift service indicators on student accounts as it is warranted by the obtaining circumstances affecting the student accounts.
Attach applicable waivers or exemptions on student accounts.
Attach applicable B-codes on accounts sponsored by 3rd Parties.
Assist the students in areas concerning their financial account records, including but not limited to, understanding their tuition and fee charges, refunds, 1098T, and others.
EDUCATION
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
