Responsibilities Set clear daily performance objectives, plan and execute daily huddle with the team, and lead the sales floor during assigned shifts. This hourly position focuses on two key objectives: Providing exceptional customer service by designing and selling custom space solutions, such as shelving systems for closets, pantries, offices, and garages. Achieving individual weekly sales goals by finalizing sales for customer-designed projects. To be considered for this position, candidates must be available on nights and weekends and have the flexibility to take on other customer-facing roles on the sales floor as needed.
