    Thriveworks is currently seeking Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners in Oregon. ***Clinicians need to be licensed and living in the state in which they will be practicing.*** Compensation: This is a Fee for Service (W2) position, the range for this position is $71,000-$102,000 per year based on 15-20 clinical hours per week. To maintain safety and best practices for our clinicians and patients via telemedicine, Thriveworks does not push or incentivize the use of stimulant medications; instead, we offer them as an option based on the client's specific symptoms and diagnosis, with prescribing decisions left to the discretion of the clinician. We do not currently treat substance use disorders, and make every effort to refer out to an in-person provider when symptoms arise that are too severe to be treated via telemedicine only. Thriveworks Nurse Practitioners are expected to provide care to a diverse population of clients with mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, and more. They work with a broad range of age groups, primarily adults and adolescents, with a future focus on expanding care across the lifespan. Qualifications: Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner - Board Certification required Master's in Nursing with active prescriptive authority required in the state Understanding of AdvancedMD (AMD) EMR is a plus Three years of experience is a plus; 1 year of psychiatry practice is required Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners need to be licensed and live in the state in which they will be practicing Part-time requires 15 - 20 hours of availability per week All clinicians are required to complete an in-house training on our ADHD treatment standards, guidelines, and approach, followed by a brief exam. While all new hires are enrolled in the ADHD Clinic and expected to accept and treat ADHD clients, there are no quotas for the number of clients or prescriptions. Actively engages participants in the classes utilizing knowledge of cultural differences to provide an environment where people feel comfortable to share and ask questions. Collects and completes participant data obtained from classes and submits weekly records to the Program Coordinator II. Receives feedback from the Service Care Coordinator regarding CDSMP program requirements and modifies presentation delivery accordingly. Consults with and provides feedback to Service Care Coordinator and Program Coordinator II regarding the classes and participant feedback. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED). Six months' experience as a volunteer, Promotor, health educator, or a community resource information provider. Computer skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Basic knowledge and experience with ZOOM video communications platform. Six months' experience facilitating an educational class and/or leading group discussions is preferred. Bilingual preferred. Language needs are based on demographics of the area. Must demonstrate the ability to communicate at level 10 on the language proficiency scale to receive bilingual differential pay. Ability to successfully complete Tomando Control de su Salud or CDSMP leader training. Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively exchange, convey and receive information. Public speaking skills to effectively present information in a public setting. About the Position We are looking for a Residential Care Associate II to join our team at our Manzanita Ridge SRTF in Junction City, Oregon! The Residential Care Associate II will provide support to the residents according to their individualized treatment plan with a focus on personal care services, environmental intervention, and limited group social and recreational treatment activities as assigned by utilizing an approved evidenced-based group curriculum. They will provide limited treatment services and personal care supports for clients that help them develop appropriate skills to increase or maintain their level of functioning. The Residential Care Associate II will administer prescribed medications, follow physician's orders for all medications and/or procedures, document on medical charts and count sheets according to established procedures, and responsibly assist clients with self-administration of medications within agency policies and procedures. They will transport clients to and from the program as necessary to engage and provide treatment services. They will maintain compliance with established productivity standards for documentation of services. This position falls under the AFSCME bargaining unit. Wages, benefits, and working conditions are set in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement. Training Program With our MHACBO-accredited training program, you will earn CEUs towards applicable mental health certifications, while attending your required, paid training, and receiving qualified clinical supervision gaining on-the-job experience. Work Schedule: Sunday and Monday, 7:00am - 3:30pm (Part Time, Day) Friday through Monday, 2:00pm - 10:30pm (Part Time, Swing) Sunday and Monday, 2:00pm - 10:30pm (Part Time, Swing) What You'll Make $21.63 - $22.96 per hour DOE/Credentials. About the Program Manzanita Ridge is a secure, co-ed, 8-bed program serving adults living with a mental illness. Manzanita Ridge is a beautiful newer building located on the grounds of the Junction City Hospital. ColumbiaCare Services is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program What You'll Need Must be eligible for Qualified Mental Health Associate registration through the Mental Health & Addiction Certification Board of Oregon (MHACBO). Eligibility requires 1 out of 3 Criteria below: Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science: Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Human Development, or related field; OR minimum three (3) years of verifiable behavioral health experience working with individuals with behavioral health needs in a supervised setting; OR equivalent combination of behavioral science education in addition to satisfactory supplemental behavioral health experience and training Will be required to register as a QMHA - R through MHACBO during the first week of employment. Driving is an essential function of this position. Successful applicants must provide a valid driver's license from their state of residence or obtain and submit one within 30 days of hire, maintain a safe driving record, and have the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check. Physical Demands: This position requires the ability to frequently talk, listen, use hands and fingers, reach, stand, walk, sit, bend, stoop, climb stairs, as well as lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 pounds. It may require the ability to occasionally use ladders, squat/kneel, and perform other physical tasks as applicable.
