Since 2017, Robert has served as Crosby's chief commercial officer, leading sales and marketing efforts and playing a key role in designing and implementing the company's strategy. Previously, Robert was a KKR industry advisor since 2011, working across KKR's industrial portfolio companies. In this role, Robert spent considerable time working with Crosby across many functions since 2013.

Before his involvement with KKR, Robert led Terex's construction equipment business for North America, South America, and Asia, as well as their global aftermarket business. Prior to Terex, he served as a founding partner and the CEO of Carlisle & Co., a consulting firm focused on channel management and product support for industrial and automotive companies with blue chip industrial clients.

Brian Lavarnway is a Chief Accounting Officer at The Crosby Group and is based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He has worked as Corporate Controller at TD Williamson and Audit Senior Manager at PwC. Brian attended University of Tulsa between 1990 and 1994.

Erik is a transformational leader and senior executive with 20+ years of experience in Finance and Supply Chain Management (SCM) roles in an international and operational excellence environment with strong exposure to lean manufacturing. He has been a member of senior management teams in market leader companies in the packaging and automotive industry. As a true business partner and change agent, he has been driving operational improvement opportunities and successfully led various transformation projects, including business integration, footprint assessments, supply chain effectiveness program, M&A activities, divestiture & restructuring projects.Since 2016, Erik is working as an interim manager / consultant. His most recent assignments were for Bosal Group (Automotive) as Divisional CFO at their ECS Division, contributing to it's ‘Grow - Fix - Divest’ strategy, and for VGP (Packaging) as Finance Director of the Van Genechten Biermans unit.Between 2001 and 2015, Erik worked in various Finance roles for Crown Holdings, a leading supplier of packaging products to consumer marketing companies around the world. In 2011 he was appointed Finance Director of Crown's Speciality Packaging Division, based at the European HQ in Switzerland. In 2013 he was promoted Director SCM for Crown's Aerosol & Speciality Packaging Division (500m$ revenue), heading up a team of up to 110 people across 18 manufacturing plants in 9 countries. Between 1994 and 2001, Erik worked for the Johnson Controls Automotive Division in Europe. Initially as a Financial Analyst for the Car Seating Components business, in charge of reporting and consolidation, and later as the Controller of the Program Management Office (PMO) & Engineering Department of Soft Trim Systems (STS) at the European HQ in Germany.Erik is a Belgian national who travelled widely and worked in Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands and Switzerland. He has a Master's degree in Accountancy and is multilingual with fluency in Dutch (native), English, German and French.

Michael is a student University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business starting in 2017 and is based in Dunkirk, New York. He is a Chief Operating Officer at The Crosby Group. Michael has worked as Non Commissioned Officer at US Army; VP/GM, Canada Business Group - PCC Aerostructures at Precision Castparts Corp.; and Head of Operations/COO Talent Acquisition at Bridgewater Associates. He attended University of Tennessee/Knoxville between 1996 and 1998, Fredonia between 1985 and 1992, and Upstate Medical University between 1992 and 1993.
