The CIA at Greystone offers the same degree proven programs, innovative curriculum, and expert CIA faculty as our world-renowned culinary and baking and pastry arts programs in Hyde Park, NY. Whatever your interest in coming to Greystone-from dining to demonstrations, from professional programs to enthusiast courses-your stay will broaden your appreciation of all things culinary and help you gain new knowledge and skills in the special place that is the Napa Valley. The CIA's California campus offers associate degrees with majors in either culinary arts or baking and pastry arts, as well as accelerated certificate programs in culinary arts and wine and beverage studies. The college also provides professional development for those already in the industry or career changers, as well as a wide selection of programs for food enthusiasts, from one-day courses to week-long culinary Boot Camps. All of our programs are for anyone with a passion for food-from students striving to become the next Charlie Palmer (CIA Class of '79), Grant Achatz (CIA Class of '94), or Cat Cora (CIA Class of '95), to professionals looking to advance their skills and food lovers seeking the best in education for the home cook.
