The Denver Athletic Club is looking for a full time Housekeeper to join the team!
WHAT is the job: Housekeeper! You will maintain cleanliness throughout the locker rooms and public areas of the club, clean building floors and walls by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing (using the floor scrubber), or vacuuming them, gather and empty trash, clean and polish furniture and fixtures, and clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees. You will complete cleaning checklists, report maintenance issues and document completion of cleaning projects.
WHERE is the job: 1325 Glenarm Place in downtown Denver. The Denver Athletic Club is across the street from the Colorado Convention Center, 2 blocks from the 16th Street Mall and a 3-minute walk from Civic Center Park.
WHEN you would work: The hours needing to be covered are Friday - Tuesday from 6 AM - 2 PM. This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week.
WHO we are looking for: The ideal candidate will be friendly and approachable and have at least six months of housekeeping or janitorial experience. Dependability is a must! The candidate that will thrive in this role is reliable and can work well with an experienced team. The candidate must be able to speak/read/write English fluently to complete checklists and other documentation.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Patient Related
Education:
* Assist other health care members in providing patient specific detailed education regarding adequacy measures where appropriate - Online Clearance Monitoring (OLC), Adequacy Monitoring Program (AMP), Urea Kinetic Modeling (UKM), and regarding disease process/access.
Treatment:
* Welcome assigned patients and inquire as to their wellbeing since their last treatment.
* Evaluate vascular access for patency, perform vascular access cannulation, and perform administration of heparin as delegated or as allowed by state law.

* Assists in training of applicable direct patient care staff on appropriate programs under the supervision of a nurse.

As a Personal Trainer, you excitedly approach all aspects of fitness with a positive attitude and encouragement. With your stellar interpersonal skills, you develop meaningful relationships while providing personal training for those who want to increase their fitness abilities as well as those who are looking to start their fitness journey. You bring high energy and the passion to motivate to every training session which allows you to help your clients become a stronger and healthier version of themselves.
In addition to training clients, you also have floor hours where you assist members as they exercise independently. You are our members' go-to when they have questions about equipment or exercise routines. Working on the main floor, you have the opportunity to meet potential clients and build your client base. It is rewarding to play an important role in improving the lives of those you train.
QUALIFICATIONS
* National Personal Training Certification
* CPR/First Aid/AED
* Ability to pass a drug test and background check
