The Denver Athletic Club is looking for a full time Housekeeper to join the team!
WHAT is the job: Housekeeper! You will maintain cleanliness throughout the locker rooms and public areas of the club, clean building floors and walls by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing (using the floor scrubber), or vacuuming them, gather and empty trash, clean and polish furniture and fixtures, and clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees. You will complete cleaning checklists, report maintenance issues and document completion of cleaning projects.
WHERE is the job: 1325 Glenarm Place in downtown Denver. The Denver Athletic Club is across the street from the Colorado Convention Center, 2 blocks from the 16th Street Mall and a 3-minute walk from Civic Center Park.
WHEN you would work: The hours needing to be covered are Friday - Tuesday from 6 AM - 2 PM. This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week.
WHO we are looking for: The ideal candidate will be friendly and approachable and have at least six months of housekeeping or janitorial experience. Dependability is a must! The candidate that will thrive in this role is reliable and can work well with an experienced team. The candidate must be able to speak/read/write English fluently to complete checklists and other documentation.
