This is a high-impact role suited for a motivated sales professional ready to evolve DAC's events program from a reactive model to a strategic, proactive approach. The Manager will focus on generating new business, qualifying leads, and guiding clients through a seamless booking experience-from inquiry through contract. The role is supported by an on-site Event Coordinator responsible for detailed planning and execution.

Base salary of $55,000 plus commission

Flexible, accountable scheduling: this is an exempt role with variable hours depending on events and client meetings. For example, if an event runs until 10:00 PM, the following day's schedule should reflect a later start. The workweek balances around 40 hours, with an emphasis on client coverage, sales activity, and team collaboration.
Responsibilities include:
Generate private event business through outreach, referrals, networking, and inbound inquiries
Qualify leads to ensure alignment with Club capabilities and service standards
Conduct site visits, tastings, and client consultations to close bookings
Draft and present custom proposals based on client needs and available space
Respond promptly to RFPs and leads from member and public channels
Manage contracts and support clients through the handoff to the Event Coordinator
Serve as the point of contact for high-profile and VIP events as needed
Collaborate with the culinary and food & beverage teams on menu packages
Support event-related marketing by providing content, ideas, and insight
Track monthly sales performance and report regularly to the Director of F&B
Maintain relationships with repeat clients, members, vendors, and event partners
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in event or catering sales, preferably in a private club, hotel, or venue
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
Familiarity with food and beverage service standards and event flow
Experience with event software (Jonas preferred) and Microsoft Office
Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
Experience contributing to marketing or promotional efforts is a plus
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed for key events

This is a high-impact role suited for a motivated sales professional ready to evolve DAC's events program from a reactive model to a strategic, proactive approach. The Registered Nurse (RN) in Home Health provides and directs provisions of nursing care to patients in their homes as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and agency policies.
Coordinates total plan of care with other health care professionals involved in care and helps to achieve and maintain continuity of patient care by planning and exchanging information with physician, agency personnel, patient, family, and community resources. All done within a Point of Care setting.
Makes the initial and/or comprehensive nursing evaluation visit, determines primary focus of care, develops the plan of care within state specific guidelines, and submits accurate, complete, and timely documentation in collaboration with physician orders.
Performs patient comprehensive assessments at designated time points and develops the appropriate plan of care.
Ensures patients meet home health eligibility and medical necessity guidelines as defined by payer source.
Current RN licensure in state of Colorado.
Current CPR certification.
