Lisa began her career with Leidos (then SAIC) and held roles of increasing responsibility during her 12-year tenure, including serving as vice president-commercial cyber security operations manager. Prior to joining Dewberry, Lisa served as the executive vice president-CIO at Michael Baker International (MBI).

Roger received her bachelor's in management information systems from Indiana University of Pennsylvania (1989). She is a Project Management Professional (PMP).

Molly Johnson has been promoted to chief communications officer. She oversees the corporate communications department, which is composed of 11 writers and designers. She directs both internal and external communications and media relations for the firm’s 2,200+ employees across more than 50 offices as well as many of the firm’s knowledge transfer and change management initiatives. Johnson earned a bachelor’s degree from Davidson College (1994).

Carey Bruce is a Party Chief at Dewberry and is based in Woodlawn, Maryland. She has worked as Instrument Operator at BL Companies, Party Chief at Mercado Consultants Inc, and Instrument Operator at Robert Vogel Engineering. Carey attended Baltimore City Community College, Little Rock Central High School, and Community College of Baltimore County.

Charles is a student University of Alaska Anchorage starting in 2015 and is based in Raleigh, North Carolina. He is a Survey Crew Chief at Dewberry. Dewberry, a privately held professional services firm, has named Dave Francis corporate director of human resources in the firm's Fairfax, Virginia, office. In his new role, Francis will oversee human resources functions and initiatives firm wide.

With more than 25 years of experience, Francis' skills include organizational and policy initiatives, employee and management training and development programs, compensation and benefits, and recruitment. He previously served as the executive director of human resources for Tredegar in Richmond, Virginia, as well as the senior vice president of human resources for BioMerieux, Inc. in Durham, North Carolina.

Francis earned his master's degree in business administration from the University of South Carolina and his bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Virginia Tech. He is a certified trainer for situational leadership.

Erik Schomberg is a Survey Party Chief at Dewberry and is based in Panama City, Florida. He has worked as Pipeline Survey Party Chief at Surveying And Mapping, LLC (SAM). Erik attended Moseley High/Haney Voc.Tech.
