The Energy Discipline Leader will be responsible for assisting the Business Unit Manager in growing energy utility clients throughout the Boston region by mobilizing, energizing, and organizing cross-functional teams for success in winning and delivering complex contracts. Required Skills & Required Experience * B.S. in Civil, Environmental or related Engineering * 0 - 2 years of experience * Working knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus. * Experience in Microsoft office is preferred. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. * Must be able to work in a team environment and posses excellent interpersonal skills. Depending upon other factors, i.e., skills, experience, location, market conditions, the range may vary slightly.
