Responsibilities
* Lead and support the creation of proposal responses in collaboration with the West Marketing Team:
* Understand and successfully deconstruct RFPs/RFQs.
* Develop and produce compelling proposal layouts.
* Facilitate and lead internal teams through the entire proposal development process, such as kick-off calls and color team reviews, while actively contributing to targeted messaging, win themes, and differentiators.
* Establish and manage proposal schedules and compliance checklists.
* Communicate effectively and collaborate with project managers and technical staff to ensure proposals meet quality standards, adhere to deadlines, and align with overall pursuit strategies.
* Write, proofread, and edit non-technical content to communicate the firm's capabilities effectively.
* Coordinate with sub-consultant firms for teaming arrangements and gather marketing materials.
* Manage various types of proposals, including state and local submissions and qualification packages, and assist in oral presentations.
* Prepare and develop high-quality marketing materials and collateral, including presentations, leave-behinds, and other promotional items to support various initiatives such as project award submissions.
* Maintain and update information in the customer relationship management (CRM) database (e.g. Deltek Vision) on an ongoing basis.
* Maintain and update the marketing library, including master resumes, project descriptions, and various writing resources.
* Support the marketing team with daily operational activities and continuously seek and suggest process improvements.

* BA or BS in Liberal Arts, Marketing, Communications, English, Business Administration, or equivalent experience preferred.
* 6+ years' experience personally developing and producing A/E/C industry proposals.
* Effective proposal coordination skills, including planning, organization, communication, and resource management skills.
* Exceptional written and oral communications skills.
* Experience with state/local proposal formats.
* Must have strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Customer relationship management (CRM) database experience is also desired.
* Ability to work within InDesign templates and comply with our corporate brand standards.
* Strong interpersonal skills and experience collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.

This may include mine site planning/grading design, site climate and hydrologic assessments, design of site stormwater conveyance infrastructure (channels, ponds, and culverts), mine site water balance analysis, and dam breach analyses.
* State and Federal regulations pertaining to water management.

* Marketing and preparing proposals and assisting in preparing and providing presentations.

Dewberry is currently seeking a Land Development Project Manager for the Louisville, CO office with the opportunity to work occasionally out of the Denver office as necessary.

Responsibilities
This position requires 10+ years of experience in site planning and land development including the production and management of; design of grading, storm water management, urban drainage planning, soil erosion & sediment control, public and private roadways, utilities and site planning for residential, commercial, retail, institutional and recreational facilities.
Required Skills & Required Experience
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
10+ years of experience
Proven Business Development Experience
Leadership and mentoring of project team
AutoCAD with Civil3D skills
Technical competency in roadway, utilities and drainage design and construction
Professional Engineering licensure within Colorado
Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
Desire to work and manage in a team environment

Salary Range
The projected range for this position is $130,000-$190,000 annually. Depending upon other factors, i.e., skills, experience, location, market conditions, the range may vary slightly.
