Responsibilities
Strengthen the vision of Florida survey operations by partnering with our leadership team to supervise and provide guidance to the Orlando survey office.
Consult with clients.
Collaborate proactively and productively with other groups and offices across the Southeast operating unit.
Oversee survey aspects of civil engineering projects and/or direct preparation of all types of survey reports and deliverables.
Train field staff in land surveying procedures.
Prepare weekly survey crew schedules.
Coordinate with Sunshine One Call and local utility providers.
Monitor project schedules, budgets & deliverables.
Prepare proposals and contracts
Manage and coordinate projects with multiple team members.
Prepare ROW plans and agreements.
CAD oversight and quality assurance.
Performing survey computations and data collection.
Required Skills & Required Experience
Registered Professional Land Surveyor in Florida or ability to obtain Florida PLS within six months.
Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in all aspects of land surveying, including project management experience.
AAS or BS Degree in Surveying is preferred.
Strong Business Development
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including report writing.
Experienced in all aspects of Land Surveying (Land Development a plus).
Perform Boundary Surveys & ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys & As-built plans.
Successful track record of building client relationships in the surveying and related mapping industry.
Effective team building skills.
Experience with FDOT is strongly preferred.
Data reduction and processing of field files, topographic surveys, etc.
Knowledge of Trimble Business Center (GPS processing) and AutoCAD Civil 3D software a plus.
Must have a clean driving record and be able to maintain a valid driver's license in order to operate company vehicle.
Must be able to pass drug/alcohol screening.

Responsibilities
The Senior Site Acquisition Specialist should have a strong understanding of industry and skills working on projects in a team environment in the EV and Telecom market segment. Responsibilities include working collaboratively with Dewberry's telecom teams on our projects, tracking projects and reporting schedules and forecasts of tasks on a site-by-site basis for our clients.
The successful candidate will report to one of our Site Acquisition Project Managers and be responsible for successful execution of our site acquisition services, client satisfaction, project delivery, technical quality, and coordinating site acquisition services within an established network of offices. AECOM is seeking a talented Transportation Engineer or Transportation Planner to work on a team supporting our contract with Florida's Turnpike Enterprise located in Ocoee, Florida.
This position will be responsible for the application of the recently developed statewide tour-based model along with the application of regional travel demand models. The job duties include fulfillment of model enhancement, data updates, code maintenance, and project application requests for innovative toll project evaluations while contributing to a multidisciplinary team specializing in planning, economic feasibility analysis and design of toll roads.
Primary Functions:
The Transportation Engineer/Planner will utilize skills and experience to create and update model data, code towards the project application using the following programs / modeling platforms: Visum, TransCAD, QGIS, R, and Python software, as well as use of Generative AI (LLMs or Chatbots).
The Engineer/Planner will work to assemble and prepare data for model validation and long-range future year travel forecasts; model validation to required accuracy standards; development of forecasts for toll road projects; and documentation of results. As part of the model design, the Engineer/Planner will use QGIS/ArcGIS with related database development and application skills, along with SQL/Python/R or other programming languages. Position will also utilize analytical skills for research on design, data development, and statistical analyses to address perceived model shortcomings and recommend an improved modeling approach.

* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Urban Planning or related field
* 4 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or educatiobn

This position performs assignments designed to develop professional work knowledge and abilities, requiring application of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria in carrying out a sequence of related engineering tasks.

Responsibilities
This individual will work in a multi-discipline, team environment with primary responsibility of assisting with the design and production of electrical construction documents for commercial and institutional projects as well as the design of building systems (power distribution and lighting) and life safety plans for various infrastructure projects.
Required Skills & Required Experience
Pursuing a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering required.
Previous internship experience in electrical engineering is preferred.
Applicants should have exposure to related electrical engineering design, strong leadership and communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with multiple deadlines.
Prepare electrical engineering calculations, reports, construction drawings and specifications to meet project requirements.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and REVIT and good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel required.

During the summer intern program, interns gain hands-on project experience, develop technical skills, and put their classroom knowledge into action.
