Job Description
AECOM seeks an experienced Business and Sales Executive for the Federal Intelligence Community (IC) Client Account Management (CAM) role as part of its growth-focused Buildings and Places Business Line. The CAM is a high-visibility role that provides selected candidates with an opportunity to influence AECOM's internal strategy through sales and business development leadership while building long-term relationships with key corporate accounts. The CAM will focus on planning, architecture and engineering projects and report to the Managing Principal in the Washington DC Office. Due to the location of our client base, the selected individual will need to either reside in the Washington DC metro area (or within a reasonable commuting distance) or relocate to that area. This role will offer flexibility for primarily remote work schedules.
With the Managing Principal and Regional Market Leadership, the CAM will drive sustainable and reproducible growth with the Intelligence Community. This will be readily accomplished by successfully delivering on the following requirements:
The CAM will be responsible for client relations, market analysis, strategy development, positioning, capture and management of client contracts in the Washington DC region. This includes developing and executing strategic and client account plans that will achieve annual targets and grow the program year over year. The CAM is the advocate for their assigned Account that provide a host of professional technical services focused on planning and vertical structures
The CAM must be a strong leader, able to inspire, motivate and communicate effectively. They will collaborate with AECOM members across all Business Lines. They will help lead and manage programs, establishing strategies and driving growth for their assigned Account. They lead and coordinate engagement with the client, identifying new opportunities and work with others to win task orders and new contracts. The CAM monitors the performance of AECOM team members executing professional technical services and leads discussions to resolve any issues or concerns with the client.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or other related discipline that aligns with AECOM's Business Lines plus eight (8) years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
* Professional experience working with US Federal government agencies on Architect-Engineering programs including at least 4 years in a leadership role
* Due to the nature of the role, US citizenship is required
* Professional experience with consultative selling approaches
* Top Secret level security clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
* Twelve (12) years of professional AEC experience working with U.S. Federal Government Agencies
* Knowledge and/or willingness to quickly learn and adapt to AECOM's entire portfolio
* TS-SCI (Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information) clearance is preferred

Your Key Responsibilities
- Managing and delivering Commissioning Services for valued clients and their projects throughout Texas, Southwest and Gulf Regions.
- Develop Cx plans and specifications.
- Attend Cx pre-proposal meetings, Cx kick-off meetings and additional meetings as required for designated Cx projects.
- Execute and manage commissioning assignments encompassing both in office and on-site activities and requirements.
- Monitor Cx activities on an ongoing basis to ensure timely and efficient completion of Cx work and ensure compliance of project contract Cx requirements.

Project Summary:
The Kiribati Cross-Cutting Program Support (CCPS) Project aims to support the implementation of the Threshold Program (THP) Grant Agreement between the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) and the Government of Kiribati. The objective of this agreement is to facilitate decent and inclusive employment for the citizens of Kiribati through the implementation of three activities focusing on building the capacity of the Ministry of Employment and Human Resources (MEHR), supporting worker protection and family resilience, and supporting youth skills camps and scholarships.
The CCPS contract, implemented by Tetra Tech, will provide monitoring and evaluation assistance, support the implementation of the Facilitated Governance Reform (FGR) approach with MEHR, support travel logistics, and provide communication support. The contract commenced in June 2024 and will run through December 2027.
Position Summary:
The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Manager will serve as MCC's primary point of contact for all monitoring and evaluation activities under the Threshold Program (across 3 activities). This is a part-time (30-40%) remote position responsible for applying MCC's M&E policy and collaborating with implementing partners and the Government of Kiribati to develop, manage, and update the program's M&E Plan.
The M&E Manager will ensure that project activities are monitored for both accountability and learning, producing timely, relevant, and reliable quarterly reports. They will advise implementing partners on monitoring practices, conduct field observations and interviews, lead external Data Quality Reviews (DQRs), and support MCC-commissioned independent evaluations by facilitating access to data, documentation, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
· Manage and oversee the Threshold Program's M&E Plan across three core activities.
· Periodically update the M&E Plan in alignment with MCC policies using the MCC M&E Plan Template.
· Collaborate with implementing partners to review and advise on their monitoring plans and practices.
· Aggregate quarterly monitoring data using the Indicator Tracking Table (ITT) for centralized reporting to MCC.
· Prepare quarterly reports summarizing data, lessons learned, and progress made.
· Conduct field observations and interviews to validate monitoring data.
· Lead discrete Data Quality Review (DQR) tasks under the guidance of MCC's M&E team.
· Represent MCC in M&E-related stakeholder engagement, data collection, and dissemination of results.
· Support MCC-commissioned evaluations by helping evaluators access data and stakeholders, reporting any issues, and coordinating stakeholder feedback on evaluation reports.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in social science or a related field required; advanced degree preferred.
· At least 3 years of experience assessing the quality of program monitoring data, including conducting external data quality reviews.
· At least 3 years of experience developing data collection instruments (e.g. survey questionnaires, qualitative interview protocols, and field observation checklists)
· At least 8 years of experience developing and maintaining positive relationships with implementing partners and government counterparts on program monitoring and evaluation.
· Proficiency managing, manipulating, and analyzing data in Microsoft Excel or similar software.
· Experience analyzing quantitative data using statistical software packages (Stata, SPSS, SAS, R) and qualitative data using thematic coding, preferred.
· Prior experience working with Kiribati or other Pacific Island countries or territories is required.
· Experience working with MCC preferred.

The Information & Communication Technologies (ICT) Designer will have or develop a solid understanding of client business practices and goals to:
Apply an in-depth knowledge of ICT Infrastructure types and uses to perform complex and unique. assignments including design and construction administration of ICT infrastructure projects.

Structured Cabling Systems,
Campus / Wide Area Networks (WAN),
Passive Optical Networks (PON),

Minimum Requirements
BA/BS degree from an accredited college/university or relevant experience, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
As a condition of ongoing employment, must be able to obtain and hold minimum “S” security clearance.
Due to the nature of the work, US citizenship is required.
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of design experience with ICT infrastructure
(“S” minimum) security clearance.
Professional experience and/or proficiency in various software products, including but not limited to, Revit, AutoCAD, Visio Professional, Bluebeam Extreme (Revu), Microsoft Project, Microsoft 365 Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) and other ICT Specific Programs.
Professional experience and/or proficiency in various Codes Standards and regulations including but not limited to Permitting, State & Local Ordinances, IEEE - C2 Standard (National Electrical Safety Code), OSHA - 1910 Standards, TIA - Cabling Standards, TIA - Data Center Standards and BICSI - TDMM and other Manuals.
Willingness/Desire to pursue ICT certifications (i.e. RCDD, OSP, etc.).
Willingness/Desire to pursue PE path.
ICT and Network hardware (can distinguish a rack from a cabinet; a network switch from an FDU and a Category 6 patch panel etc.)

Position Summary:
The Senior Civil Engineer will lead and support engineering design for renewable energy projects from concept through construction. The position involves preparing site and grading plans, conducting hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, managing permit submittals, and overseeing the development of erosion and sediment control plans.
The successful candidate will also guide project teams through local and state approval processes, provide mentorship to junior engineers, and collaborate closely with clients and regulatory agencies to deliver high-quality, compliant designs on time and within budget.
Essential Job Functions:
* Lead and support civil design for renewable energy projects, including site layout, grading, drainage, and stormwater management.
* Manage the site plan and zoning approval process for renewable energy projects at the municipal level.
* Prepare erosion and sediment control plans and coordinate regulatory submittals through county and state agencies.
* Conduct hydrologic and hydraulic modeling using standard engineering software such as HEC-RAS, HydroCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and ArcGIS.
* Design stormwater infrastructure and Best Management Practices (BMPs) for construction and post-construction conditions.
* Oversee planning, design, and permitting for green infrastructure and low-impact development projects.
* Apply knowledge of civil and environmental engineering principles, including grading, utilities, traffic access, and wetland impacts.
* Collaborate with project managers and multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects that meet quality, schedule, and budget goals.
* Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and review technical work for accuracy and compliance.
* Prepare technical documentation, calculations, and permit applications.
* Conduct activities in accordance with Tetra Tech's health, safety, and quality standards.
Required Qualifications:
* B.S. or M.S. in Civil Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline.
* 10-15 years of experience in engineering design for energy-related or site development projects.
* Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
* Demonstrated experience with renewable energy projects, including solar (utility-scale and distributed generation).
* Experience leading site plan and zoning approval processes at the municipal level.
* Experience managing erosion and sediment control plan approvals through county and state regulatory processes.
* Understanding of stormwater quality, hydrology, and hydraulics, including design and compliance in construction and post-construction phases.
* Strong knowledge of stormwater infrastructure, BMP design, low-impact development, and green infrastructure projects.
* Working knowledge of local, state, and federal water resources regulations.
* Proficiency with engineering software tools, including HEC-RAS, HydroCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D, ArcGIS, and BlueBeam.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project).
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a project team.
* Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record without restrictions.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Professional Engineer (PE) license in Virginia (or ability to obtain reciprocity).
* Experience working in Virginia and neighboring states.
* Familiarity with regional permitting and environmental review processes.
* Experience mentoring junior engineering staff and supporting business development efforts.
Physical Requirements:
* Ability to conduct occasional field work and site inspections.
* Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds, and work outdoors in variable weather conditions when required.

The successful candidate will be part of a multi-disciplinary dynamic team of engineers and scientists engaged in a wide range of projects providing planning, design and engineering services for a wide range of projects for commercial, industrial and government clients. This remote position provides technical support related to PFAS and other environmental contamination, on characterization/remediation projects for federal, state, commercial and industrial clients. The candidate will support the planning, execution, and management of complex projects and field programs. This position requires the ability to evaluate chemical distribution and transport through soils, groundwater, surface water, and sediment to reach sound technical conclusions and present/document findings. The candidate will plan and conduct (with supervision by project management) tasks such as pilot tests and treatability studies, engineering designs, construction oversight, operation, and maintenance (O&M), and report writing.
Responsibilities:

* Contribute to proposal efforts by performing increasingly detailed cost estimates to address contaminants at various sites. Candidate will also draft key text elements of proposals, planning documents, and project reports.
* Develop technical specifications, scopes and cost estimates to support procurement of subcontractors including environmental remediation contractors, drillers, analytical laboratories, etc., and assist evaluation of bids and pricing.
* Perform field inspections and monitoring activities at client sites. Candidate must be willing to work safely and abide by all safety guidelines of both Tetra Tech Inc. and the client.
* Expectation of obtaining Professional Engineer registrations, if not already held.

Job Summary:
The Transportation Digital Delivery Manager will be the primary technical contact for the delivery of major transport projects across Enterprise Capabilities (EC) Digital. This will include all Enterprise Critical Pursuits and Tier 2 projects that EC Digital take on.

This is a full-time, hybrid (on-site and remote) position located in Loudoun, Virginia. AECOM's Technology Solutions Group (TSG) is seeking a Senior-Level Information & Communication Technologies (ICT) Consultant to join our ICT Team. This position is also open to a remote working situation.
The Senior Technology and Security Consultant will have or develop a solid understanding of client business practices and goals to:
* Develop and formulate solutions to client problems on assigned projects.
* Under general direction, responsible for the creation of work plans and task definitions.
* Has broad technical knowledge but possesses an area of specialization or focus.
* Apply in-depth knowledge of ICT Infrastructure types and uses to perform complex and unique assignments including survey, design, development, and construction administration of ICT infrastructure projects.
* Be responsible for ICT design and consulting for:
* Data Centers
* Structured Cabling Systems (SCS)
* Campus / Wide Area Networks (WAN)
* Passive Optical Networks (PON)
* Outside Plant (OSP)
* Perform specific and/or limited ICT Design and Consulting duties as part of a team of expert Consultants.
* Gather and correlate engineering data using established and well-defined procedures.
* Work on detailed and/or routine design and/or consulting assignments.
* Propose solutions to solve new and/or complex problems encountered.
* Provide guidance and direction to internal mid-level consultants and production staff.
* Perform work in accordance with the agreed-upon budget and schedule with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in a related field from an accredited college/university plus 8 years of relevant experience, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
* Current BICSI Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) Certification.
* Data Center experience.
* Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
* A security clearance is preferred but not required (potential/desire to obtain a security clearance is required).
* Minimum 5 years of design experience with ICT infrastructure.
* Professional experience and/or proficiency in various software products, including but not limited to, Revit, AutoCAD, Visio Professional, Bluebeam Extreme (Revu), Microsoft Project, Microsoft 365 Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) and other ICT Specific Programs.
* Professional experience and/or proficiency in various Codes Standards and regulations including but not limited to Permitting, State & Local Ordinances, IEEE - C2 Standard (National Electrical Safety Code), OSHA - 1910 Standards, TIA - Cabling Standards, TIA - Data Center Standards and BICSI - TDMM and other Manuals.

This person will work closely with local fire protection specialists as well as our team in Germany. We are better together. Full-time position reporting to the Charlottesville, VA office. Your role will include, but not limited to, serving as a technical authority to provide advisory, consultation, and professional judgement regarding fire protection concerns particularly on technically complex fire protection engineering related matters to appropriate individuals and regional management. Responsible for all fire protection matters on assigned complex projects and for assuring that all matters conform to fire protection requirements in client's policies, regulations, and codes and standards. Ensuring that assigned projects are technically correct for both design and construction and are consistent with the appropriate current practices in the industry; that they are within the technical and administrative constraints of the project and that they are fully coordinated and compatible with other engineering disciplines of the project. Managing fire protection engineering portions of complex new construction or complex renovation projects and incorporate fire protection design practices into all phases of design and construction. Resolving any issues that cannot be resolved by other regional engineers or consultants. Where deficiencies are noted, this individual also directs necessary changes and furnishes assistance required. Performing internal fire protection and life safety review of proposed offered space.
