Job Description AECOM is seeking an experienced Transportation Planning Senior Manger to join our team in DMV geography. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Planning, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field and 10 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 2 years of leadership. * Experience in business development, resource management, project management, and/or operations within an engineering or technical environment. * Demonstrate a strong understanding of engineering processes and have experience with aligning resources effectively with technical requirements. * Experience overseeing multiple technical teams while managing competing priorities and multiple stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: * AICP certification * Master of Planning, Engineering or Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree * If an engineer, Professional Engineer (PE) License in Maryland, DC and Virginia * Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and multiple stakeholders. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing needs, and solve complex problems.
