This involves exploration of subject area, definition of scope and selection of problems for investigation and development of novel concepts and approaches. + Support project overnight travel, estimated at 30% annually. _Project Coordination:_ + Interpret, organize, execute, and coordinate technical assignments with minimal supervision.
