Dow's Commercial Development Program (CDP) is an industry leading training program for aspiring sales candidates. Every day, Dow sales teams make significant contributions toward achieving Dow's vision to be the most Innovative, Customer-Centric, Inclusive and Sustainable Materials Science Company in the world.

Qualifications:

About you and this role
Dow has an exciting opportunity for a Cyber Threat Hunter located in Midland, MI.
As a Cyber Threat Hunter, you will serve as a proactive defender within the Cybersecurity Operations Center (CSOC), reporting to the CSOC Operations Leader. On top of day-to-day investigations and incident response, this position focuses on hypothesis-driven hunting to uncover advanced threats that evade automated detection. You will lead threat-hunting initiatives, collaborate with the Dow red team to emulate adversary tactics, and act as a focal point for advanced detection strategies across the team. Your mission is to anticipate, identify, and neutralize sophisticated adversaries by leveraging threat intelligence, behavioral analytics, and forensic techniques. This role demands curiosity, creativity, and technical depth to stay ahead of evolving attack methodologies.
Responsibilities:
Handles escalations and determines response actions for cybersecurity incidents
Collects threat intelligence and converts it to actionable content
Participates in table-top exercises, ethical hacking, and cyber-range training
Lead hypothesis-driven hunts based on MITRE ATT&CK and emerging TTPs
Perform deep-dive analysis of network traffic, endpoint telemetry, and identity logs to uncover and analyze adversarial behaviors
Develop and refine detection logic for SIEM and EDR platforms
Collaborate with threat intelligence teams to operationalize indicators of compromise (IOCs) and adversary emulation plans
Construct adversary emulation scenarios to validate detection coverage and identify gaps
Document hunt methodologies and findings to strengthen organizational resilience and inform future hunts
Qualifications:
A minimum of a bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 ranking or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant OR a minimum of 3 total years of relevant IT experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
A minimum of 2 years experience with Cybersecurity
Able to be available for on-call rotation as needed
A minimum requirement for this U.S.-based position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position
Preferred Skills:
Strong understanding of adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) and frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, Cyber Kill Chain, and PEAK Threat Hunting Framework

The Home Improvement Contractor Marketing Manager is a key member of the Home Improvement Marketing team and the overall Home Improvement business. Key responsibilities include:
Responsible for identifying un-met end-user needs through market research and jobsite visits to feed the product innovation pipeline. development process. These insights may impact aspects such as product features, user experience, naming, and packaging in both new and existing product lines.
Responsible for leading the cross-functional team on New Product Launches and Commercialization: The contractor marketing manager will own the product's go-to-market strategy and ensure there is a clear value prop aligned to the End-users unmet needs while ensuring that all messaging communicates the products features and benefits effectively.
Be the product expert for our one and two-component foam product lines, understand product applications, and features, translating technical details into benefits for our end users.
Manage existing products in the portfolio ensuring products continue to meet their value proposition post launch and when needed update or improve them to ensure continued end-user value.
Work closely with the Strategic Marketing, Product Management, and Technical teams to lead the new product pipeline development and management process. Utilize innovation development best practices and work collaboratively to determine and influence the team's approach to assessing and pursuing product growth opportunities.
Continually monitor and refine Voice of Contractor (VOC) through the product development cycle.
Create and execute end-user-based market research to build a clear roadmap of applications. This includes but is not limited to qualitative and quantitative forms of field-based observation days and other VOC capture methods.
Maintain an awareness of trends in the industry and related industries and develop a deep understanding of the end user and incorporate these insights into successful new product launches.
Unearth key market trends and emerging industry dynamics to define strategic issues and opportunities that may not otherwise have been on the radar.
Determine value propositions for key end use segments; provide and refine CTQs for product development.
Research competition and competitive offerings; determine competitive advantages and risks; forecast potential competitive responses and develop mitigation strategies.
Support the Channel Marketing Leader with preparing for customer meetings, presentations, and line reviews.
Develop and oversee product training for internal and external customers and end-users.
Demonstrate deep curiosity to discover, learn, and challenge conventional “innovation thinking,” leveraging a proven ability to toggle between incremental and breakthrough thinking.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, engineering or science required.

The Customs & Trade Compliance Specialist manages the company's regional efforts to ensure regulatory compliance for all aspects of importing or exporting, ensuring trade regulatory compliance. Process Technicians operate equipment in assigned areas of the plant and perform operations related activities per the work process. They utilize chemical manufacturing knowledge and experience to operate and troubleshoot the plant in a safe and efficient manner.
Primary Responsibilities and Key Skills
* Routine operation of basic control systems and devices to monitor levels, temperatures, pressures and flow rates, and transfer of products.
* Controlling, monitoring and adjustment of all control systems and manually operated equipment.
* Properly lifting hoses, bolt flanges and operate valves and similar equipment including the proper clearing and isolation of equipment.
* Following operating discipline, procedures, and practices to ensure a safe and efficient operation of assigned duties.
* Troubleshoot process, product quality, safety, and environmental problems, and identify equipment requiring maintenance.
* How to perform maintenance and project work safely and efficiently.
* Clearing and tagging equipment as required and issuing Safe Work Permits for maintenance and project work.
* Performing all duties with a high degree of dedication to safety and environmental stewardship.
Qualifications
Educational Requirements
* A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED is required.
* Individuals who are currently enrolled in high school or college or have graduated or received a GED within the last two years will be required to provide official transcripts/GED scores prior to being invited to an onsite interview.
* Must have completed Algebra or Technical Math and Science coursework in High School, per graduation requirements. Completion of Chemistry and / or Physics coursework in High School is preferred.
* If already enrolled in the degree program related to the field you applied for or have credits that would transfer toward it, individual must have no less than 2 full semesters remaining toward the applicable degree.
* After an offer of employment, but prior to date of hire, must complete college entrance exams / assessments at the community college to be attended. Must not be required to take any remedial or transitional coursework.
* Preferred educational qualification: minimum GPA of 2.500 out of 4.000 if you are currently enrolled in high school or college OR you have graduated from high school or college or obtained a GED within the last 2 years
Additional Requirements
* Must have a current, valid US driver's license or the ability to obtain prior to your start date. Please note that before being cleared to report to work, you will be required to successfully complete a Motor Vehicle Records check to verify the status of your driver's license.
* Be able to work all applicable shifts on a rotating basis (including weekends & holidays) and work overtime, when needed.
* A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.

Physical Demands
Willing and able to meet physical demands of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations:
* Lift 50 pounds, lift hoses, bolt flanges and operate valves and similar equipment routinely.
* Climb ladders/stairs and work at heights.
* Must be able to wear and use personal protective equipment (PPE), including harnesses with a total weight capacity of 300lbs.
* Work in tight or closed-in spaces.
* Work comfortably and safely at elevated heights. Candidates must be familiar with, or willing to undergo training in, the proper usage and maintenance of safety equipment to ensure safe movement and operations at heights.
