About you and this role

This role:
+ Designs, develops, and supports solutions and processes to meet business needs and requirements.
+ Works in a business process, enabling, or implementation team, and applies general knowledge of Information Systems, which is typically developed through formal education.
+ Leads several IT analysts through requirements and solutioning.

Packaging products for our global customers
Interacting with chemical processes
Manually breaking-down pallets of material and products
Arranging, stacking, and repackaging all types of materials and products
Affixing labels, stickers or booklets on packaged materials
Safe operation of a forklift or other heavy equipment

About you and this role
Dow has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Treasury Specialist located in Midland, MI!
This Senior Treasury Specialist role is an advanced role within Portfolio Investments. You will be responsible for performing a broad range of complex work aligned with the Portfolio Operations work process. In this role, you will be expected to utilize in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in job discipline as well as basic knowledge of related job disciplines to solve complex problems. You will work independently within broad guidelines and policies with minimal guidance, acting as a resource for colleagues with less experience. You will be expected to solve complex problems, take new perspectives on existing solutions and exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information. The work you will perform in this role impacts the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of Portfolio Operations and will contribute to successful and compliant asset management within Portfolio Investments.
Responsibilities
Provide front-office asset management support and ensure accuracy of committee materials regarding portfolio performance and asset details, cash flow presentation and forecasting, and expense management.
Direct the daily movement of funds and perform cash positioning and reconciling activities.
Coordinate account structure needs across front-office asset managers and back-office operations team and lead the implementation of changes with third party partners and their systems.
Identify and drive improvements in work process efficiency, reporting adequacy and service support as the focal point for custodian systems.
Complete month-end verifications and reconciliations of various asset classes and their valuations to ensure reporting accuracy and control compliance.
Provide oversight over plan expenses, invoice approvals and alignment with budgeting & fee expectations.
Partner with other internal and external groups to resolve data gaps and/or reporting discrepancies.
Lead small projects within Portfolio Operations to ensure successful transactions in support of approved strategies.
Utilize knowledge of asset classes and fund management to add value to the portfolios supported.
Provide support to internal and external audit partners.

Qualifications
A minimum of a bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience.

About you and this role:
Dow has an exciting job opportunity as an Emergency Services and Security (ES&S) Dispatcher for the Midland Area located in Midland, MI.
This position shares responsibility for the implementation of the emergency services and security (ES&S) management system in order to meet business objectives and to maintain the license to operate. Contributes to the development of documented equipment maintenance, training and operational check requirements and amending, as needed, to match global/local templates. Ensures that all maintenance training and operational check requirements meet global/local templates and that all emergency preparedness tasks performed are value adding leading to all emergency systems/equipment being ready for any emergency response.
Contributes to developing operating discipline and using it to conduct emergency preparedness work and document performance.
Checks emergency preparedness task list annually to confirm tasks are value adding.
Completes the emergency preparedness tasks as per the site ES&S Preparedness Plan including Operating Discipline.
Provides feedback regarding any discrepancies to the proper step in the site ES&S Preparedness Plan.
Enacts emergency response plans.
Executes the applicable scenarios from the emergency response plan or the alternate response plan and use operating discipline to complete the response to the emergency.
Works with all security personnel in the preparation of secure asset plans and the development of operating discipline to execute secure asset tasks.
Answers all incoming emergency and non-emergency calls, collects necessary information on location, nature of incident and status, and other pertinent information, determines the priority of the call. Answers medical calls, collects appropriate information on the medical emergency, determines priority of the calls and which emergency response units will respond.
Operates radio to dispatch appropriate units by priority and availability. Utilizes familiarity with several radio frequencies and the ability to tone out or page the appropriate agency, communicates with field units using the appropriate terminology and technology.

The Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison -Neuroscience, will be responsible for leading the CAPLYTA Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement strategy, as well as contributing significantly to the overall KOL strategy across the Neuroscience franchise in close collaboration with the brand team. This territory includes MI, IN.
Job Responsibilities
* Lead the development and execution of Regional KOL engagement strategy, marketing education strategy and faculty development. This includes oversight of regional peer to peer marketing plans, health care compliance training for faculty, and other related activities as needed.
* Serve as a key member of the CAPLYTA Brand team by providing local market insights and feedback to craft future strategies for the Neuroscience franchise in close collaboration with sales leaders, key business partners, and medical teams to elevate brand advocacy.
* Build trusting relationships with academic and community KOLs, and other key partners to achieve above-brand priorities.
* Maintain pulse on regional trends and closely coordinate regional marketing education and engagement plans with cross functional partners to ensure heightened KOL and customer engagement strategies that are fully aligned to the Brand strategic imperatives.
* Partner with coordinated analytics team to better understand regional variations in treatment patterns to advise peer to peer and insight program placement.
* Attend conferences and serve as onsite host for product theatres
* Facilitate, participate, and attend advisory boards where appropriate
* Coordinate executive engagements with KOLs and commercial leadership
* Closely supervise the regional marketing budget and provide continuous feedback on business planning.
* Assist in crafting future innovative educational platforms including national and regional recommendations to tailor our education to local needs and creating innovative solutions in further engaging KOL's at all regional and national medical congresses.
* Leadership of the overall neuroscience strategy inclusive of mapping, framework development, innovative engagement planning for current brands and future launches, inclusive of marketing operations for KOL strategy and planning including agency management, champion materials through CAC, Totality, MRC.
Job Requirements
* BA/BS Degree Required; advanced degree preferred.
* Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing, key account management, medical, sales leadership, sales training, or field sales engaging with KOLs/Influential HCPs and professional healthcare organizations.
* Deep understanding and experience working cross functionally with various key internal & external partners with a strong ability to innovate, collaborate and deliver results with desired outcomes.
* Demonstrated understanding of key industry trends and ability to develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition and improve patient outcomes.
* Demonstrated ability to build and manage relevant and lasting customer relationships with strong focus on patient impact and outstanding customer centricity.
* Travel can be up to 65%; this includes internal meetings, advisory boards, medical meetings, congresses, and select program attendance.
* A Valid Driver's license issued in the United States.
Preferred:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in neuroscience.
* Previous cross-functional industry experience in pharma or biotech engaging with KOLs and professional healthcare associations is preferred.
* Deep medical/scientific knowledge/experience with a firm understanding of the psychiatry marketplace is preferred.
* Experience leading through change and transformation, product launches, and exceptional communication and leadership skills is preferred.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$137,000.00 - $235,750.00
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
* Vacation -120 hours per calendar year
* Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado -48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington -56 hours per calendar year
* Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays -13 days per calendar year
* Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
* Parental Leave - 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
* Bereavement Leave - 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
* Caregiver Leave - 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
