Full-Time/Corporate Position Salaried: $79,768.00 Fee For Service (FFS): $65 per hour What You Will Bring: Qualified candidates will be a BCBA/LABA, or close to your it(!) with experience in the following:
Conducting functional behavior assessments.
Goal development and design of positive behavior support plans.
VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS or other related assessments, preferred.
Experience working with youth 21 years and under with serious emotional and behavioral challenges or autism.

The Clinician provides care coordination through development of a collaborative relationship with the person receiving services, family, and other providers and community supports that are important to the person. Ideal candidates will meet the following requirements:
Master's degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling required
Licensure required within 2 years of hire (LMHC or LICSW)
At least one year of related experience

Must have valid driver's license and available, dependable transportation and be willing to provide transportation to person's served in personal vehicle, as needed.
Pay Rate:

What You Will Do The BCBA will serve as the behavioral team lead and may be responsible for taking notes during the daily check-in, staff meeting, or group supervisions. The BCBA will complete a Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) to identify the function of the behaviors. The BCBA may use this information, in collaboration with the clinical team, to develop CSP (Community Support Plans) and Safety/Wellness Plans designed for decreasing interfering behaviors along with goals that identify socially appropriate replacement behaviors to increase. The BCBA will teach and model to all staff how to best implement behavior strategies through role-play, modeling, coaching, and feedback. The BCBA will make recommendations for longer term community-based services based on FBA and observations and will engage in case management as appropriate. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing team of dedicated behavioral health professionals!
The Crisis Intervention Specialist is responsible for providing advanced skills in trauma-informed crisis intervention and de-escalation, monitoring of the safety and security of the facility, and coordinating response to urgent and emergency situations. The CIS provides a therapeutic, calming, recovery-based, and pro-active presence in program. The CIS will assist leadership with safety drills, safety protocols, facility-related initiatives, may perform other person-served related support as interest and experience allows.
Note: CBHC regulations require "security" positions 24/7, this role is a therapeutic, engaging presence and not a typical security guard role.
The Crisis Intervention Specialist may perform other person-served related support as interest and experience allows including, but not limited to:
* Modeling and teaching skills for development of positive relationships and negotiation of conflict
* Providing a calming presence in and around the facility supporting families and youth in conflict or crisis while onsite, while monitoring the safety of persons served, employees, and the facility
* Assisting CBHC leadership in ensuring that safety drills (e.g. fire, medical, behavioral health) are held and documented as per regulation and that required fire protection and suppression equipment is present and in good working order and also ensuring the maintenance of program sites to minimize fire hazards
* Taking lead in ensuring maintenance and cleanliness of physical plant is adequate and reports to Senior Director and/or facilities are aware of any concerns.
* Responding to medical and psychiatric emergencies (e.g. opioid overdose or psychiatric symptom escalation) utilizing medical code protocols such as calling a code, administering naloxone, and administering CPR/first aid
* Assisting with transportation to/from CBHC and the CCS site using agency or personal vehicle

The Edinburg Center is seeking an Awake Overnight Counselor within our ACCS (Adult Community Clinical Services) Program
Who You Are: The Awake Overnight Counselor will provide recovery-oriented psychosocial rehabilitation services and support to adults with mental health issues living in a group living environment.
High school diploma or equivalent required. BA or BS preferred.
Experience working with adults with mental health issues preferred.
MAP certification required.
Basic computer skills required.
Valid driver's license required.
What You Will Do: Responsible for delivering recovery-oriented, evidenced-based, trauma informed clinical interventions as identified on Persons' treatment plan with supervision from clinical staff during overnight hours. Provides advocacy and support to Persons living in a group living environment.
