ECMPCC'S MAJOR PROGRAM IS THE CHILD AND PARENT DEVELOPMENT SERVICES WHICH IS FUNDED BY THE OFFICE OF THE STATE SUPERINTENDENT OF EDUCATION ("OSSE"). THIS PROGRAM PROVIDES FULL DAY HIGH-QUALITY CHILD CARE SERVICES TO ELIGIBLE FAMILIES IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DAY CARE POLICY ACT OF 1979 AT THE STATED RATES AS APPROVED ON THE RATES AND MAXIMUM NUMBER OF CHILDREN ENROLLED FORM. ADDITIONALLY, ECMPCC PROVIDES CHILD CARE SERVICES FOR PARENTS CERTIFIED AS ELIGIBLE FOR THE SERVICES BY THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES. THIS FUNDING HAS ALLOWED ECMPCC TO KEEP PROVIDING EXISTING HIGH QUALITY SERVICES, AND HAS ALSO AFFORDED THE OPPORTUNITY TO EXPAND ITS SERVICE BY OPENING A NEW CENTER IN THE DEVELOPING FAMILIES CENTER BUILDING.
