EMR is seeking an experienced Regional General Manager to lead our Delaware Valley, Eastern Shore, DC, Southern Maryland and VA service regions. This role is responsible for maintaining and improving culture, processes and people; driving results through strong leadership of three Operations Managers, ensuring consistent performance, employee and customer satisfaction, accountability and sustainable growth across the region. This role will also be responsible to oversee the entire company's Fleet and Safety Manager(s), ensuring the Fleet asset needs and Safety programs are being handled effectively and efficiently.
The Regional General Manager's growth focus is primarily on market saturation and operational scaling - strengthening density, improving productivity and building disciplined consistent leadership practices while supporting thoughtful expansion when appropriate. This role is primarily leadership focused setting standards, developing leaders and ensuring that the culture, processes and expectations are executed through the local leaders. Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership, coaching and accountability for three Operations Managers
Oversee Fleet and Safety Manager(s), ensuring consistent, efficient and effective company-wide standards
Coach and guide Operations Managers to drive market penetration, culture consistency and technician productivity
Establish KPI discipline, best practices, cadences and a continuous improvement culture
Develop future leaders and ensure succession readiness across the region and operational departments (Fleet and Safety)
Partner with executive leadership on growth strategy and execution
Qualifications:
8+ years leading multi-site teams - field service, trades or similar operations a plus

Main Duties:
Properly document In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.)
Take care of the product being tested and use it responsibly
Read and strictly follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project (may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.)
Some In-Home Usage Tests projects may require participants to use MFour's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology to capture Point-of-Emotion insights to gain unparalleled depth of responses)
There are times when the product being tested may be discussed in a private chat room that is opened by a market research firm
Write reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project
