Love the opportunity to provide hospice care to patients and families. The remaining staff are wonderful doing their best to serve patients with little support from management.
The management is harsh and unpredictable to staff. They have no problem letting staff know they are a "at will" company. The last 2 years, quality of care is being hurt by the new management decisions and setting impossible demands for staff. Chronically understaffed. Very stressful job due to management's little regard and respect for staff.
