She is responsible for the oversight of the Clinic’s financial operations and heads the departments of Accounting, Finance and Business Services. Ms. Rodewald’s responsibilities include strategic planning, financial management and reporting, debt financing, business development, and joint ventures. She has also chaired the Clinic’s retirement plan committees since 1989.

Ms. Rodewald received a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Washington in 1984 and has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1985. Prior to joining The Everett Clinic, she worked for Ernst and Whinney (now Ernst & Young) in Seattle.

Ms. Rodewald was actively involved in the formation of the Sentinel Assurance Risk Retention Group (SARRG), a risk retention company formed in 2004. She is currently its Vice President of Finance and serves on both the Underwriting and Executive Committees. Ms. Rodewald is also an active member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association and the American Medical Group Association.
