Job Summary:
Immediate Opening for a Civil Engineer/ Project Manager to work in our Jersey City, New Jersey office location.
Job responsibilities would include:
Conducting site evaluations and prepare investigation reports.
Preparing design documents including construction drawings, bid documents and technical specifications related to site/civil projects which may include stormwater/drainage, asphalt or concrete pavement, grading/topography, MSE wall, or other related site features, etc.
Recording field measurements and performing civil engineering calculations related to the noted project types.
Preparing quantity takeoffs and cost estimates.
Representing clients in obtaining and evaluating bids, and awarding construction contracts.
Managing site/civil construction projects:
Monitoring contractors work for conformance to project construction documents, drawings, and specifications.
Working as our client's representative on site during work.
Reviewing and approving change orders.
Knowledge of local and state building codes, and ability to apply to work.
Familiarity with local jurisdictional permitting processes and requirements for site/civil project impacts, such as: wetlands, land disturbance, E&S control, pervious/impervious drainage, etc.
Collecting post-project feedback to look for issues and opportunities for improvement.
Work closely with teams to understand the scope of work, budget, goals, deliverables, and timeline to ensure project success.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
This position will be balanced between the field on job sites and in the office to help prepare construction documents and reports.
Estimated salary range for this position is $90,000 to $170,000. T

Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited four-year college or university or equivalent experience.
Work Experience
4 years' minimum experience required in Engineering, Construction Management and/or a combination of related education and experience.
Experience with site/civil work including: stormwater/drainage, asphalt and concrete pavement, grading/topography, MSE wall, or other related site features, etc.
Licenses and Certifications
Professional Engineer (P.E.) license desired but not required.
OSHA 10 hour certified preferred, otherwise must complete within three months from date of hire, fees covered by Company.
Must have or be able to obtain an unrestricted valid Driver's License.
Skills
Ability to perform technical civil engineering calculations and design construction drawings /documents with limited oversight.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent computer skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects at one time.
Ability to interact in a professional manner with clients and colleagues.
AutoCAD proficiency (preferred).
Ability to work individually or with team members and work collaboratively with other disciplines.

The Role
Job Summary We are seeking an energetic, registered architect/licensed civil/structural engineer with strong experience in building facade projects, FISP inspections and familiarity in handling building facade projects in New York city area. The Senior Facade Architect/Engineer is responsible for leading and managing building facade architectural and engineering projects, overseeing design development, providing technical expertise, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects within scope, budget and timeline.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Coordinate and manage internal kick-off, milestone, and closeout meetings for projects, fostering effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
Verify schedules and ensure adherence to project plans and timelines, both internally and with external resources, to meet project objectives efficiently.
Conduct and coordinate on-site inspections, documenting existing conditions, performing field testing, photographing, and creating hand-sketches. Observes/ tracks work in progress to ensure compliance with project specifications.
Coordinates the recording of accurate field measurements and performs calculations throughout the duration of the project.
Prepare written correspondence with clients and contractors, maintaining clear and professional communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Understand and review investigation reports and bid documents, including drawings and technical specifications, to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation.
Communicate project status and proactively address any issues or discrepancies that arise. Escalate unresolved issues to their direct supervisor in a timely manner.
Maintain organized records, files, drawings, and other essential project data ensuring that they are appropriately filed within the company's systems for easy accessibility and future reference.
Collect post-project feedback to identify areas of improvement and communicate the feedback to their direct supervisor.
Keep up to date with job knowledge and industry trends through active participation in educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and engaging in professional societies and networks.

Perform and coordinate forensic inspections, applying technical expertise to assess project conditions and identify potential issues or deficiencies.
Able to serve as an expert witness and depositions, mediations, or litigation.
Conducts a wide range of testing, including but not limited to material testing, structural analysis and performance evaluations. Supervises testing activities and ensures accurate data collection for accurate interpretation of results.
Generate comprehensive field reports detailing observations, measurements, and findings from site visits and inspections.
Generate expert reports that provide in-depth analysis, conclusions, and recommendations based on project requirements and findings.
Oversee and assist in the development and review of technical specifications, drawings and construction documents.
Client Relations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clients, contractors and consultants to coordinate project activities and resolve technical issues.
Collaborate with legal teams and represent the firm in mediations, providing expert opinions and strategic guidance.
Participate in meetings with clients and stakeholders to understand project objectives, present design proposals, and provide technical recommendations.
Foster strong client relationships, ensuring effective communication and understanding of project requirements and objectives.
Internal Team
Works closely with the team to understand the scope of work, budget, goals, deliverables, and timeline to ensure project success.

Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Civil/ Structural Engineering or Architecture.
Work Experience
Five plus years of experience in the architectural and engineering consulting industry.
Licenses and Certifications
Professional Engineer or Registered Architect license required.
Maintain compliance with licensing requirements and applicable regulations.
OSHA-10 Certification
Valid United States Driver's License required, as this position requires travel to and from client sites.

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Client Onboarding/Transitions/Conversions/KYC II to join our team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Under moderate direction, onboards clients, opens and closes accounts and handles transitions and conversions to the system
Analyzes, reconciles and reviews incoming or outgoing data for accurate transition to platform
Obtains and reviews the appropriate documentation and reference data and ensures regulatory aspects of AML and KYC are completed prior to opening accounts
Prepares clients for entering new accounts by explaining and articulating the level of documentation required, regulations, complexities in the market and market expectations
Works directly with clients to open new accounts once due diligence on KYC and AML has been completed and works with client and internal parties around asset events
Closes off accounts by first checking for any pending activity or balances remaining in the account
Works directly with clients to access documentation requirements and reference data and may be responsible for onsite client support and training to assist with documentation, quality review and submission of documents
Ensures application form is received, and tax documentation is received from the investor
Leads project management activities for onboarding/transitions/conversions such as reporting, planning, issue / risk tracking, scheduling, effort estimation and tracking, and other project documentation preparation
Ensures client receives all necessary training or conducts the training him/herself
Communicates progress to team and escalate issues or potential project delays
Supports conversion activities related to a mix of complex institutional client relationships requiring an in-depth understanding of custody and accounting processing activities
Completes an accurate conversion of data on financial statements for daily, weekly, or monthly valuation clients
Support and review control reports to effectively mitigate risks and resolve problems that arise during the conversion process
Assists with coordinating firm-wide resources (product, technology, marketing, compliance, teams, etc.) to ensure client needs are being addressed
Ensures onboarding/transition/conversion activities meet all compliance, legal and regulatory requirements May participate in UAT, on boarding and fault resolution
Responsible for overall success of less complex or small transitions, ensuring client satisfaction through the monitoring of project quality and efficiency as well as the direct client experience
Guides the client in appropriate platform applications and structure of their program/product offering
No direct reports
Provides guidance to less experienced colleagues as needed
Allocates work to and monitors the work quality of others assigned to the client
May have people management responsibilities in some geographies
Responsible for standard clients and contributes to the achievement of team objectives
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
Advanced/graduate degree preferred
3-5 years of total work experience preferred
Experience in securities, financial services or client-facing or project management roles preferred
Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business

Summary:
A Stepdown Registered Nurse provides care to patients who are transitioning from intensive care to medical-surgical or general inpatient units. Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Stepdown RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Melbourne, Florida. Required Qualifications:
One year of recent experience as a Stepdown RN
Current Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC)
Current ACLS Certification (AHA/ARC)
Preferred Qualifications:
Progressive Care Certified Nurse (PCCN) Certification
NIHSS Certification
Other certifications and licenses may be required for this position
Summary:
A Stepdown Registered Nurse provides care to patients who are transitioning from intensive care to medical-surgical or general inpatient units. These patients require frequent monitoring and specialized nursing interventions. They assess and manage complex patient needs, administer medications and treatments, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, patient-centered care.
Essential Work Functions:
Monitors and interprets cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and other telemetry data to detect abnormalities and respond appropriately
Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques, with a focus on cardiac care
Prepares equipment and aids physician during cardiac-related procedures and examinations
Maintains awareness of comfort and safety needs of telemetry patients
Observes patient, records significant conditions and reactions, and notifies supervisor or physician of patient's cardiac status and response to interventions
Responds to life-saving situations based upon nursing standards, policies, procedures, and protocols specific to cardiac emergencies
Documents nursing history and physical assessment for assigned telemetry patients
Initiates patient education plans according to individualized needs, focusing on cardiac health, risk factors, and lifestyle modifications
Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for telemetry patients
Maintains confidentiality of patients and client
Performs other duties as assigned within the scope of practice
Adheres to hospital safety protocols, infection control guidelines, and regulatory standards
Required Essential Skills:
Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills
The ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language
Ability to read/comprehend written instructions, follow verbal instructions, and proficiency in PC skills
Physical Abilities - Must be able to remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment (50-100lbs), push, pull, and bend
Interpersonal Skills - Must be able to work effectively with a variety of personnel (professional and ancillary) to present a positive attitude and professionalism
Technical/Motor Skills - Must have the ability to grasp, perform fine manipulation, push/pull, and move about when assisting with procedures and/or using department equipment
Mental Requirements - Must be able to cope with frequent contact with the general public and customers while meeting deadlines under pressure. Must be able to work under close supervision occasionally, as well as working without assistance from other personnel. Must be able to contend with irregular activity schedules occasionally and continuous concentration to detail
