The Behavioral Health Administrative Assistant/Care Coordinator serves as administrative assistant and care coordinator for BH staff and patients. The Family Health Center of Worcester / University of Massachusetts Department of Family Medicine and Community Health Primary Care Psychiatry Fellowship seeks to meet the growing need for improved access to outpatient psychiatric care in the United States, particularly among structurally-marginalized populations, through an intensive one-to-two-year training program (12 month, 18 month, and 24 months tracks available) based in an urban community health center with an affiliated academic medical center. This post-graduate fellowship program trains primary care providers to become leaders in the delivery of comprehensive, integrated, and holistic physical and mental health care in primary care settings serving structurally-marginalized urban communities by training them as clinicians, advocates, community health scholars, and teachers. We specifically seek to help fill the gap that exists between the current psychiatric model, wherein massive limitations exist in accessing quality care for most of the country, and the compassionate, collaborative, and equitable care that all patients deserve. We focus longitudinally on two main principles: 1) the structural and socioecological determinants of mental health, and 2) the impact of traumatic stress on the physical and psychological wellbeing of structurally-marginalized communities. The CHW will provide patient education and advocacy to assist patients with accessing services of FHCW and appropriate, make and follow-up on referrals for extern services. The CHW also provides education on HIV, HCS, STI's and TB to the staff and clients as well as the Worcester Community via outreach to shelters and residential programs. The CHW must be available to do community outreach during off hours and on weekends when needed. The CHW will support the HIV team with patient follow-up reminders and will address barriers to care. Job Description Under the supervision of the Director of Psychiatric Services, the Psychiatric Clinical Coordinator (Medical Assistant) coordinates psychiatric clinical services for specialty care patients, oversees management of psychiatric provider panels, provides both clinical and administrative support to those providers, and provides direct clinical services to patients by performing basic patient care tasks consistent with the role of a medical assistant. Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant needed to support growing walk-in outpatient clinics in Mashpee and Bourne. Responsibilities and skills include: * Fill new medications orders, refills and renewals for Community Health Center of Cape Cod Pharmacy clients. * Restock pharmacy shelves when medications are received from the wholesaler. * Credit client medications that are not picked up within 2 weeks * Must possess detailed knowledge of OTC drugs and laws governing OTC drugs, * Demonstrate competent working knowledge of participating third party insurance plans, * Possess thorough knowledge of the Pharmacy Technician Procedures * Ability to work in fast-paced environment and resolve issues in a timely professional manner.

The Assistant Director of Technology Services will support the Director of IT in leading the organization's technology operations, strategic planning, and team management. This role serves as second-in-command and often assumes Director responsibilities in their absence. Program Specific Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Leadership & Management • Assist the Director of Technology Services in planning and managing improvements that align with organizational goals • Supervise IT support staff and manage the daily help desk engagement with FHCW staff • Act as Director of Technology Services in their absence, making critical decisions as needed Operations & Projects • Oversee daily IT operations including infrastructure, applications, and support services • Lead major technology projects and initiatives from planning through implementation • Ensure IT service delivery meets organizational needs and SLAs • Coordinate cross-functional technology projects with other departments Technical Oversight • Evaluate and recommend new technologies, systems, and solutions • Ensure security, compliance, and disaster recovery protocols are maintained • Oversee system upgrades, implementations, and maintenance • Monitor IT performance metrics and implement improvements • Act as an escalation point for IT staff and problem resolution Staff Development • Recruit, train, and mentor IT staff • Conduct performance evaluations and professional development planning • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture Vendor & Stakeholder Management • Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers • Communicate IT initiatives and issues to the Director of Technology Services • Serve as liaison between IT and other business units Qualifications and Education Requirements: One of the following combinations of education and employment experience must be met in order to be considered for the position: Education And/Or Experience • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • Master's degree preferred • 7-10+ years of IT experience • 3-5+ years in IT management or leadership roles • Proven track record of managing complex projects and teams • Strong leadership and people management abilities • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities • Knowledge of current IT systems, infrastructure, and security practices • Project management expertise (PMP certification often preferred) Position reports directly to the Director of IT EOE Monday-Friday; 8:30am -5:00pm
