Government Banking Client Manager

Right now, we have an opening for a Call Center Representative in our Corporate Headquarters located in Middlebury, IN. This position is vital to our continued success. You would be the first impression of First State Bank to anyone who calls our Bank. It takes someone with a smile on their face and in their voice.
Here are things that you would do during your work day:
Serve as central access point for all incoming phone calls from FSB customers and prospects
Provide friendly, caring customer service while processing transactions for customers
Utilize technology to help you and our customers
Develop an understanding of our Bank's products and services
Transfer calls per customer request to specific FSB employees
And here are some skills that you will need:
We would prefer you have at least one year of banking experience, but if you have customer service experience you will be considered without banking experience
High School diploma or equivalent

Duties and Responsibilities:
