Decent pay - they pay you well because the work environment is awful
good luck is all I have to say to anyone considering with Deb or Alaina. Very toxic work environment, it's like a whirlwind of emotion in Property and Casualty. Don't waste your time! High turn over position.

Get rid of Deb and Alaina so you can retain employees and people will be able to speak without being bulldozed.
