I have managed private, public, and joint venture companies ranging in sales revenues from $100 million to $1 billion, opened 17 manufacturing plants throughout South and North America, launched a new joint venture company with a Japanese partner, served on 4 Boards, strategically repositioned organizations, involved in turnaround conditions, implemented significant cost controls and reductions through lean practices, operated in both union and non-union environments, been involved in world-wide distribution, and, early in my career, led all engineering, R&D, and quality functions for a company.
