The Opportunity
The Commercial Quality Assurance organization is seeking a Quality Intelligence Project Manager to support global quality and compliance initiatives within a regulated nutrition and food manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for managing quality assessments, regulatory impact analysis, and cross-functional projects that support enterprise quality system objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage processes for implementing published regulations and standards, including monitoring, assessment, and change management activities.

QWA is responsible for all design thinking activities throughout the Advisory Practice service offerings. QWA demonstrates expertise to map out business processes and compare to best practices to find efficiencies and new solutions for clients. The Extended Workforce team at QWA manages all the Advisory Practice service offerings focused on non-permanent hiring, demonstrating expertise to map out business processes and compare to best practices to find efficiencies and new solutions for clients. We work with internal and external stakeholders, project teams and subject matter experts (SME's) providing leadership and holistic solutions for cross-functional business groups specializing in the Extended Workforce domain.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Engagement, Research, & Analysis
Apply QWA's design thinking methodology to understand client needs, requirements and business objectives.
Design and lead on-site, virtual workshops with clients to validate their current state operations, collect requirements, and gain consensus around project scope and plan.
Develop a detailed understanding of the client problem statement, as well as visual representations of the current process, operational design, and technology challenges.
Lead design, creation, and validation of outputs for interviews and surveys to build current state deliverables and artifacts.
Request, categorize and analyze client-provided documentation, process maps and technology architecture for the existing Extended Workforce program.
Create and lead user experience, requirements gathering, and leadership workshops to understand pain points and develop current state deliverables (Experience & Journey Maps, Data Flow Diagrams, Architecture Maps, etc.).
Collaborate and communicate effectively directly with technology architects, executives, and SMEs, both internally and externally.
Tenaciously question, challenge assumptions, and analyse information to diagnose the root of an issue, design optimal solutions and roadmaps, and outline short and long-term impact of recommendations.
Ability to collaborate with internal and external Change Managers to ensure change deliverables are aligned to the client's objectives.
Create in-depth final recommendations and reports and present to the relevant client stakeholders.

Create future state target operating models including RASCI's, governance models, organizational charts and funding models.
Design and recommend solutions that improve the user experience.

Main Duties:
Properly document In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.)
Take care of the product being tested and use it responsibly
Read and strictly follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project (may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.)
Some In-Home Usage Tests projects may require participants to use MFour's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology to capture Point-of-Emotion insights to gain unparalleled depth of responses)
There are times when the product being tested may be discussed in a private chat room that is opened by a market research firm
Write reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project
Requirements:
Ability to follow specific instructions
Excellent attention to detail and curious spirit
Be able to work 15-25 hours per week and commit to a certain routine
Have access to a computer and a reliable internet connection
Have access to a digital camera or cell phone that takes pictures -Be honest and reliable -Good communication skills are an asset -18 years or older
