Bob Priest-Heck is CEO of Freeman, the world’s largest brand experience company and an industry leader for more than 90 years. As a values-based leader, mentor and design-thinker, Bob has helped steer the Freeman global enterprise through a period of unprecedented growth, while keeping his leadership team focused on designing the future of the industry they lead.



Throughout his 25-plus years in the exhibition and experiential marketing industry, Bob has enjoyed being part of the technology and trends that have redefined it. While his vision for Freeman’s future is powered by new technologies and transformative change, he still believes the most cutting-edge solution is people.

His personal manifesto is: “I will fail and keep trying… I will offer unconditional love to those who do the same.”

Amy leads all aspects of people strategy for Freeman in support of the overall business and strategic direction of the company, including talent management, recruitment and retention, leadership development, organizational design and process improvement.

Prior to joining Freeman, she was SVP and Chief Human Resources Officer for Dallas-based Kosmos Energy where she was responsible for the strategy and execution of all aspects of Human Resources. Amy joined Kosmos after more than 12 years at Baker Hughes where she served in a variety of HR roles supporting the global business and leading an international team of more than 200 HR professionals.

Amy attended Houston Baptist University, where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and Marketing degree as well as a Master of Science in Human Resource Management.

Michelle Johnson is a Chief Information Officer at Freeman.

Dawnn Repp is a Chief Legal & Administrative Officer at Freeman.

Martin Moggre' is an Executive Vice President & Chief Sales Officer, Expositions at Freeman. He has worked as Senior Vice President, Sales at Freeman and Executive Vice President Sales, Exposition Services at Freeman. Martin attended GEORGIA SOUTHERN UNIVERSITY between 1983 and 1988 and Stanford Graduate School of Business between 2010 and 2010.

Carrie joined Freeman in 1985 and has held numerous positions—including general manager, president of Freeman Exhibit Company, and chief marketing officer and is also a member of Freeman’s board of directors. As Freeman’s current vice chair, Carrie has set her sights on formulating effective thought-leadership strategies and implementing them from the top down.

Joseph Popolo Jr is a Chief Executive Officer at Freeman and VP:Finance/Treasurer at Freeman. He has experience at ROADWAY CORP and has worked as Assistant Treasurer at Freeman and Pres/COO:Decorating at Freeman. Joseph works or has worked as Pres:Exposition Services at Freeman, BOARD MEMBER at International Association of Exhibitions and Events, and MEMBER at U.S. Travel Association. He attended Carroll School of Management and University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
